On my last post about my goal to begin getting back into running, I said I would keep updates to make sure I'm staying on track. The day after that post, I couldn't go running because I was out all day and night with friends. Over the weekend I was with my boyfriend, and yesterday instead of running I went hiking. But hiking is still a great workout! I did go for a proper run today, though :)
I was worried the humidity would make it difficult for me to run as well, but I surprisingly was fine! I actually even managed to run a little more than I thought I would :) It felt great! I probably could've kept running beyond my normal distance because I was feeling so good about it, but I didn't want to miss the premiere of Hatfields & McCoys on the History Channel, lol.
Tomorrow I'm heading back to my apartment at my school for a nice night out with friends and I'm planning on hitting the gym at my apartment complex before going out. I definitely want to stay on track and keep up with this! I want to be healthier and more fit :D And I know I can do it!

this was all very motivating!:) i plan to start running and getting in shape!
I wish I motivated to run but I am so lazy... :x
Brooklyn Mak: Hatfields was pretty interesting. They definitely strung a lot of the pivotal historical moments together rather quickly even though some occur over a decade apart. I'm not crazy about it, but I think I'll finish watching it just because.
i need to get back to running too. How was Hatfields?
MACaddict25 ♥: Well, I did today! Already went for my run... running diary #3 coming up, lol! It's definitely great exercise!
