I'm 5'3" and I weigh about 112 lbs. I've lost twenty pounds in the last two years and I've been able to maintain my weight ever since. A lot of it had to do with depression / stress with relationships, school, etc. WHICH IS BAD, I know. but I'm back on A game and I'm so healthy and happy with the way I look as you can see. (:
I workout 5 times a week.
Every morning I do 100 crutches to make my metabolism work a little faster when I eat breakfast. That and I down a glass of water so my stomach is halfway full before I eat.
I do 10-20 minutes of cardio a day before my workout. I'm in the weight room 3 times a week working on my whole body mainly focusing on my back, legs and abs. The 2 other days I do what is called sst or do something fun like yoga, jogging, bike riding, dancing, etc.
I do a lot of at-home-workouts, I honestly just youtube things I can do.
My diet isn't really a diet. I still eat EVERYTHING and anything I want. I drink a lot of water and water is the ONLY think I drink and it helps fill up my stomach before I eat so I'm not that hungry. I eat four or five times a day. I try not to eat a lot of junk foods but I do love desert though I don't treat myself as often as I should.
My motivation is being healthy and fit. I don't like tummy rolls, love handles, or being out of shape. <3 I love my body and I'm always being complimented on the way I look.

nice body, i envy u lol, im bak on the wagon, and only have 8lbs left to go to achieve my goal weight of 113lbs, loosing it is hard especially after bringing in a new life into the world.
wow thanks for sharing!
good for you! keep up the hard work!
very great tips thank you.
i hope you achieve your goal :)
You seem to be doing good and have already results to show for it. You plan seems fine but you didn't mention if you tracking your calories, not that you need to lose more weight but in order to lose, maintain or gain weight you should be aware of calorie intake ( less to lose, the same your calculations give to maintain and more to gain weight), i think that also helps choose better/healthier foods. But so far you are doing good and right to don't deprive yourself from those "not as healthy" foods, because once in a while and if you have the rest of the day ok, its even good for the mood lol
