Victoria Secret Model Just Celebrated her 29th Birthday and shared what shes up to to keep herself in amazing shape. Miranda also just gave birth last year so whatever shes doing seems to be working!
Miranda says she eats very healthy and does yoga every day for 30 minutes. It can be expensive to join a yoga studio but I found an app for the iphone called All in One Yoga that is amazing!! I saw a diffrence in my body after 1 session!

Yoga seems easy but its actually more challenging than you would imagine. For me, I like to have music playing in the background to help keep focused and get thru the workout.

In addition, Miranda says she does go to the gym and does lite weights before the Victoria Scret runway show, about 3 times a week.

Miranda also seems really lean naturally but its great to be healthy and fit, you dont have to be as skinny as her to look & feel amazing from a healthy lifestyle :)

she looks wonderful but i have so much trouble doing yoga because im not flexible at all. i prefer pilates and jogging for myself!
