If you are a software engineer like me, or have a boring and tiring job which requires you to sit around all day and keep staring at the screen, then following are the tips for you to keep yourself fit along with a busy and hectic professional life.
1. Take Stairs, Forget Elevator:
If you office building has 100+ floors then you do not need to follow this tip exactly. But try to avoid elevators and use stairs instead as mush as you can. Start with few, like a staircase between two consecutive floors and then increase gradually.
2. Drink Water:
Water is the secret to all the beauty. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. And 6 out of that 8 in office. Try to drink water before meals and avoid it after meal because that will cause opposite effect. Try to have a glass of water after every one hour. You will clearly see the effect within a couple of weeks.
3. Say no to fatty snacks:
I know this is the toughest of all. But this is the culprit of all the bad stuff. Instead of snacks try dried veggies or some fruits like apples. This will help you a lot. Try to take green or herbal tea as well. It burns the excessive fats in the body.
4. Eat Healthy:
Last but not least, eat healthy. Make sure that you utilize all that you have eaten. If you cannot involve yourself in such activities which will utilize the energy that you have consumed, then cut your diet. Eat veggies and grilled meat. Avoid as much fats as possible.
