I dont Want to Be a Playa with the boys! Okay, so when our SI tells us that itll be a good idea to drink ALOT of water, we all know that we will be going hamburga on our PT days! Of course since im tall (thanks mom) im always stuck with the boys!! Our "easy" PT days consist of running in a squad and doing a variety of exercises. Ive found that doing a cadence regulates my breathing, and I dont get that pain on my stomach that i did before.

Tip: Breath Out When your left foot hits the ground!
