The new year will begin in a few hours (here in the Netherlands) and of course we have new goals for 2012.

My goal, as i am traveling to Cancun Mexico at the end of Februari, is to look at my best in my bikini. :D

My way to stay motivated is to tell my family and friends what my goal is. They will always ask, when we meet, how your plan is working and keeps you reminded. I keep motivational pictures and messages on my cellphone that, of course, you will always carry with you.

I always was the girl who looked, filled with a little jealousy, at other slim girls on the beach and see their pride. This year I will be that other girl ;)
