Hey guys! I have recently started cheerleadign again, and we have three days of 4 hour practices this week. We are doing it at night , but this does not mean the gym is any cooler! They do not turn on the air conditoning at all! Needless to say, as soon as we step in the gym, we start sweating like crazy. In my past seasons of cheer I start to breakout like crazy because of all the sweating I do. Last season I discovered that if I put either face wash or face wipes in my bag and use them after cheer.. I have less breakouts. The quicker you get off all of the dirt and sweat. The less breakouts you have. I now use the Simple Face Wipes. These do not irrate my skin after I have been sweating for hours!
ALSO DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!! Water helps flush out all of the toxins when you are sweating!!! I bring two water bottles, and refill them constantly when I am at cheer!!

i got those simple face wipes from my target beauty bag and so far, they seem really nice! when i do marching band this year and i sweat like crazy, i have gotta remember to bring those with me :D

The Simple face wipes are really good and I use them everyday!:)
I really love those wipes!!! I received them in my target beauty bag and they are great for those with sensitive skin. My skin seems to be clearing up from them.
