Hi guys! I'm going to tell you how to lose face fat in a short time and make the jawline, cheeks, neck, and more toned. Ignore the irrelevant picture! Haha.
If you want to lose a double chin:
Start by sitting or standing, shoulders back, chin parallel to the floor. Tilt your head back until your chin is pointing toward the ceiling. Keep your lips closed but also relaxed. Keeping your chin up and lifted, purse your lips like your ready kiss someone, haha. Hold your lips in that position for about 20 seconds and then relax, returning your head to the original position. You should repeat this for 20 seconds, several times a day.
For your neck:
This small exercise removes extra fat from the chin, jaw, and neck. You can sit or stand doing this exercise. You want to keep your shoulder pushed down and back, sitting or standing up straight, just like the exercise above. Tilt your head back until you can see the ceiling. Slowly bring your bottom lip up to go over your top lip. Hold this position just like that for about 10 seconds. Relax and then repeat this small exercise about 10 times for 10 seconds each.

interesting but im pretty sure you cant lose fat in specific areas its better to think of weight loss as a whole since fat is usually gain relatively in proportion to ones body shape
