Im really happy this week ive lost another 3 pounds i cant believe it im on the weight watchers and i seem to eat so much and loose weight i do about 30 mins of exercise 3 times a week which isnt much seen as they say you supposed to do this everyday. This is the first diet that i have stuck to and i really like it but i think it is completly different for everyone else some people will love it like me some people will hate it. Is there anyone else on a diet and how are you doing ????????????????

congrats! i'm trying something similar. uhm... i try to eat less of stuff, but really eat moer soup and drink more tea/milk whatever. Hopefully it works :P
