I love listening to music when I workout, almost to the point where I can’t workout without it! Just thought I would share one of my workout playlists! Some of the songs are a bit slower than others because I try to alternate speed or intensity with the beat or tempo of the music; it seems to work well for me! This one is more electro and hip hop based, a sure way to pump yourself up :D
