I remember a few years ago I saw the heavy ropes exercise on The Biggest Loser. From this day forward I'm still amazed by it! Lol
I was reading this article and thought it was pretty interesting! The article suggests to use the heavy rope for intervals before we die! Heavy ropes were named "Best New Cardio Tool" in 2009 by the Men's Health Magazine.
Its not just rope now... They'll start burning your entire body! Your legs, arms, shoulders will definitely feel the pain. This workout will challenge you how far can you go! This exercise is designed to be fast, hard and effective!
