The girl, Zuzana, is such an inspiration and will hopefully inspire you as much as she does everyone else. I can say from experience in using the gymboss and doing Zuzanas workouts I've gotten alot of muscle and in great shape. Hope you order it!
i dont have this but i don't think i would like to try it out because if i were using it, i don't think i would pay attention to it
