'm on a new diet.What I mean about the diet is that I'm just going to eat good and organic foods. I just noticed how I'm not eating healthy and I know that I'm not fat but when I get older I KNOW that I'm going to gain a lot of weight if I don't change my diet.
What I'm asking you, what are some good foods to buy at the grocery store.
Ex: Nutrgain bars and that kind of stuff.
I know all bout fruits and veggies but can you be more specific.

bettern' peanut butter is a low fat and calorie peanut butter if you only have the amounted serving size. it is 2 TLBS which is a lot :)

Its great that your trying to get healthy. Just stick to fruits and veggies for some snacks, and some granola and yogurt is good too. i substitute allot of stuff, like instead of chips i eat popcorn, instead of candy i have a handful of nuts( any kind you like, peanuts, almonds..) thats what i do, and ive lost weight and have gotten allot healthier. Also dont drink soda( i only drink water, and i sometime drink milk). i also take a multivitamin everyday for woman. Good luck :)

Nutrigrain bars are filled with sugar. If you want natural sugar stick to fruits.
