A lot of girls always seem to be self conscious about their body. Some may be over weight, under weight, tall, short, but it doesn't stop you being you.
A great way to lose the weight is by dieting. Yes! Dieting! Dieting the right way I should say. People in general always seem to diet by starving themselves. I mean come on who doesn't love food? People who diet always try to force themselves not to eat. Not having to eat for a few hours can suck out the energy out of you! You'll end up being weak!
A lot of girls sometime don't eat at all, but if not they'll skipped Breakfast, eat a little of Lunch and don't even bother with dinner. A proper way to diet and take care of your body would be cutting down eating fast food, junk food, sweets and any fatty foods. Besides eating those types of food eat fruits or a small healthy salad will do the job.

People who skip meals sometimes gain more weight =/
Agree! I hate when I see people starve themselves and my inner voice goes they will gain it back and then some. I have steadily lost weight and let myself have "normal" food just in smaller portions as well as a healthy diet. I want to know that my final weight will be permanent I don't want to have to do this journey again in a matter of months. Yo yo dieting is so bad for your heart. I want a permanent fix not a temporary one.

i totally agree with everything you saie! the best way to stay healthy is to eat healthy. i try to cut down any junk foods and i only eat out once every 1-3 months which is alot better for my body!

I say you can eat whatever you want as long as it doesnt go over your daily calories requirements for weight loss. =) and exercise as well...at least 4 times per week =)

I work out a lot :) hahahah according to my doctor, with the way I eat, I should be overweight. But I'm at a healthy weight.
I try to eat healthy when I can
i do that but unles you dont work out honestly that weight wont go anywhere i know i have been fat,lost it, and back to fat its hard but worth it :)
