Yess i do wear the same shirt everyday! Nooo its not dirty cause i wash it after my workouts lol
So heres todays list:
Breakfast- 2 waffles one plain and one w/ creame cheese
Snack- wasnt hungry so just had Naked juice
Lunch- Sandwhich
Snack- Apples
Dinner- Pasta with mushrooms
Workout:
warm up- 10 mins shooting
Ran- 52 mins
Arms- 10 mins
cool down- walk for 10 mins

Sounds like you are off to a good start, you meals sounds really healthy.
Good job! 52 minutes is a long time to run! You should try dried cranberries and almonds for a snack. I love eating them together, and they keep me full for a long time.
