Ello everyone, I haven't posted in awhile but I'm hoping to get back into blogging soon!
Recently I've started my workouts again, trying to shed a bit of weight now that spring is almost here ;D at 127 and I want to get a bit toned up! Sadly with school in the way I have very little time and energy to continue.
But for everyone who's having the same problem I have a solution! I just got an app that's free called 'YOGA FREE' and it gives you short workouts all around 5mins long. They have ones where you can make yourself ;D or randomize. It's super easly and nice. They also have many options and names so you actually know what you're doing. I suggest you try it out.

I love the Yoga Free, thanks for the tip. These are moves that can be done anywhere and at anytime, we all have 5 minutes to spare no matter how busy we are.
