This is an update to my weight loss journey..
So, I had a late start from when I originally wanted to start due to exams and the stress of it all..
But so far, I have lost 5 lbs, and most of that has been due to moving around more, and eating out less.
I started implementing exercising into my routine 4 days ago..
My plan is to do cardio 5x per week, and either a yoga or pilates class every 3rd day. So far, I've done a pilates and a yoga class.. and I've enjoyed it so far :) I'm definitely not anywhere like these yogis at the studio.. but I'm just getting restarted.
Sigh.. I wish I could somehow get my body to speed up, and lose weight faster.. but it's not really happening.. just have to keep going.
Just 12 lbs to go ugh.

congrats girl! Keep up the good work. You sound pretty down though.. stay more positive and before you know it, you'll be just where you want to be.
