So I've been working on this Walk to Jog plan that's meant to have me jogging for a full 44 minutes by the end of 12 weeks.
I just started it 3 weeks ago and so far, so good. But I have a really small lung capacity so my breathing becomes very laboured in a short amount of time. I wonder if I'll be able to manage this all the way through!
What I do like about this program is that it gets you jogging in very small incriments every week so it's great for people who have very little experience running.
However, although it doesn't seem like a very intensive workout for the first several weeks [ you can see the plan in the source link I've attached ] if you're used to exercising very little it's going to be a challenge even in the early stages!
