In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you confirm that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. You also confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided and that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in our terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years of age and 15 or over, then you must inform your parents or guardian of the Luuux Privacy Policy and the Shop Terms.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and LUUUX will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Denmark and the language of the contract is English.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to LUUUX, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All credit card transactions on this site are processed using DIBS, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment over SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
Our Returns Policy
Under the EU's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products, with the exception of digital media, or unsealed digital media items.
Please contact us on shop@luuux.com for help and guidance through our Returns Policy and, where relevant, to provide you with a printable personalized return label.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
To ensure the safe return of your items please follow these guidelines:
Please use the returns slip which was included with the original delivery and include it in your return package and write on the slip the reason for the return. The address to where the item is to be returned will be provided on the slip.
If you do not have a returns slip, please contact us on shop@luuux.com to request a printable personalized return label.
Please use the original package and packing to return the item where possible unless of course this has become damaged in transit.
EU Customers - Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item, but you will need to pay for the returns shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service for the return.
Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. You will also need to pay for the returns shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service for the return.
