These are the gardens of the Palácio de Cristal in Porto.
The building with the big dome is a cultural theather inside the gardens.
The original cristal palace was demolished back in 1951 but the gardens remained and the new building was built in 1987 and celebrates the portuguese marathonist Rosa Mota.
