A few weeks ago in New Orleans we were celebrating our 3rd Annual Oyster Festival. In New Orleans we have these wonderful festival that catches the locals, tourists and residents attention. What is going through your head when you hear the word festival? Rides right? Wrong!
What's so awesome is that. You got to try different types of food from each vendor. I thought this is a brilliant idea to have fun and advertise your business for the tourist, locals. Drago's charbroiled oysters are the best I've tried so far. :)
There are contest for grown ups when they're given two minutes to see how many oysters they can shuck, eating contest and so much more. The New Orleans Oyster Festival were held in the French Quarter by the famous Mississippi River. Pssst. The lady in the second picture was a winner of the eating contest. Lol
