Luuux

Last week i went to London for a couple of days with my college, it was a really nice trip and we got to do some shopping and go to some cool exhibitions. We stayed in a youth hostel and there was 12 of us all in one room on bunk beds, it was actually quite fun and a really nice place.

The first day we went to the Science Museum and looked round there for a bit, i really like it there and i find it interesting. We the went to the V&A and we were booked in to a Post-Modernism exhibition and that was really good, there was a lot of futuristic items including about 20 different tea pots! Afterwards we went and spent a couple of hours wandering round Harrods (Best. Shop. Ever.) - We went to the Pet shop, Harry Potter Shop, Food halls and looked at all the couture dresses a sif we could afford them! In the nighttime we went to Hard Rock Cafe and then we went to Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square (really great atmosphere at nighttime.)

The second day we went to the Fashion & Textiles Museum in Southwark and saw a fab exhibition called "Catwalk to Cover - A front row seat" and there was some amazing photos from Catwalk shows and also some dresses that had been on the catwalks. We then wandered along the southbank to the Tate Modern and spent sometime there and i spent the rest of the day in the shops on Oxford Street. At nighttime we went to the Rainforest Cafe which i wasn't too keen on and then went to see Thriller Live, which wasn't too keen on that either.

Then on the last day we went to Somerset House and saw an exhibition on the 20 years of dazed and confused magazine, which had the best that's been on the magazine. Then went to Covent Garden and spent some money there! We then came home on the train. Really good trip overall, it was nice to go with my friends. Even though it was a college trip we were really independent :)
