Gois is a Portuguese town in the district of Coimbra, the Central sub-region and the Pinhal Interior Norte, with about 2300 inhabitants.
It is the seat of a municipality with 263.72 km ² and 4,499 inhabitants (2006), divided into five parishes. The municipality is bordered to the north by the municipality of Arganil, east by Pampilhosa da Serra, on the southwest by Pedrógão Grande and Castanheira de Pera, the west and northwest as Lousã Vila Nova de Poiares.
