This looks like England to me, why is the guy wearing English flag?! Also I think that's the bad neighboor, I have a friend who's been to South Africa( been in Cape Town as well) and she said it was safe and she had a fun trip. As long as you don't go to the bad neighborhood, you will be fine. Every country has a good and a bad side. I would love to visit SA oneday.
