I bought this product a while ago because I needed something to keep my hair from being damaged from my straightener. I was walking around Rite Aid and I found this bottle right here. Of course I tried it on once I got home, but it got so sticky and my hair felt heavy on me. But, on the brightside, it smelled good though the scent doesn't last very long (it's not supposed to anyway).
It's supposed to "defend the internal structure of your hair from the damaging effects of blow dryers, flat irons, and curlers." I guess it helped a little.
I use this everytime before I straighten my hair and I don't know if it's this product or my Herbal Essences Split End Protector that is making my hair grow more. I'd rate this product a 4/5. It's okay, but it's not a must have either.
p.s. it's also a shine mist but I didn't see any difference in my hair. Only if you put more product, your hair will shine, but then it ends up being sticky and greasy looking.
pic is my own.
