Taylor Momsen wore her classic dark eyeshadow with this plaid style red dress. Do you think it's hot or not? I personally, don't think it looks flattering on her. I feel like she wore it wrong and also with the wrong accessories and I just feel like the "plaid" really just isn't her and it doesn't look good on her... let me know what you think "hot or not?"
