What's the difference?

I prefer Ipad.
Lloyd MacGruber: Your input has been the best so far. I'm still trying to decide which of the two is best...I have my Galaxy S phone which I LOVE (I'm not a huge fan of the Iphone) but I don't know if it's still a good idea to try the Galaxy Tab.

I prefer the iPad over the Galaxy. There's some good reviews on Youtube about it.
I think I like the Galaxy since you can use flash player. It's also smaller compared to the ipad. I do like the ipad too. I'm like 50/50. @_@

Galaxy has an operating system not designed for it, so in some cases the application you are opening will appear with a bunch of black around it (since it thinks it is on a 4.3 inch Droid phone.)
When surfing the internet, in most cases you get sent to the mobile website, since the site believes it is talking with a phone (the Tab really is nothing more than a 7" Droid phone anyway.)
The Galaxy Tab is slower at surfing the web than the iPad.
The Galaxy Tab is half the size of the iPad and gets less battery life than the iPad.
The Tab does have Flash, but it's not what you think. A lot of Flash does not work properly on the Tab.
Recommendation: Either wait for the iPad (due to be released in about 3 months) or for a Droid based tablet with the Honeycomb OS that will be released this year.
i have the ipad but what sucks is you cant use flash player which is really important also there is no cam which tottally sucks
