Skincare: How many times do you wash your face? Twice, once in the morning and once at night What type of skin do you have? normal/oily skin What is your current facial wash? Clearasil Ultra Acne+Marks Face and Mask Do you exfoliate? yes! What brand do you use? St. Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control What moisturizer do you use? For my face I use Ponds Clarent B3 to help with acne scars and uneven skin tone and for my body I use Suave Do you have freckles? nope Do you use eye cream? nope Do you or did you have acne prone skin? I do, and it sucks cause all my breakouts usually end up with scars in the end :( Did you ever use Proactive? Yes! One of the biggest mistakes I ever made.. Makeup: What foundation do you use? I mix two to get the right color. Revlon Photoready Foundation and Missha BB Cream How about concealer? Either the Maybelline Fit Me concealer or the Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place concealer Do you know your undertone? I believe I'm a warm undertone What do you think of fake eyelashes? The full ones are too much for everyday use but I like the half ones if I wanna use it every day Did you know your supposed to change your mascara every 3 months? Yes but I usually don't cause I'm cheap like that :P What brand of mascara do you use? Right now I'm using Maybelline Pulse Perfection and L'Oreal Double Extend Eye Illuminator, but I'm thinking of switching back to my all time favorite, L'Oreal Voluminous Sephora or MAC? MAC even though I can't afford any of it :/ Do you have a MAC pro-card? Nope What makeup tools do you use in makeup application? A stiff powder brush or a blending sponge to stipple my foundation and concealer, then a medium shadow brush and a crease brush for my eye shadow and an eyelash curler Do you use makeup base/primer for the eyes? I love using smokey browns or a pale champagne color with light pinks and browns Do you use pencil or liquid liner? 30 Day Challenge - Day 1: Your Favorite Eyeliner! I love this eyeliner! The felt tip is so amazing at making thin or thick lines and the application is nice and smooth. The formula is good too and there is little to no smudging at the end of the day. I became a fan of L'Oreal products after I bought L'Oreal's Voluminous mascara so I decided to try and give this a shot. It's my go to eyeliner

Bloody Beetroots Concert!

I just had the BEST weekend in my entire life! This past Saturday my friend and I went to a Bloody Beetroots concert (DJs - you should really look them up if you're into electronica/dance music) at the House of Blues and it was the amazing! :D The tickets said the doors open at 8 and the show ends at 10 so I assumed the Beetroots were going to start playing at 8 but there were two other DJs

My dad bought me a brand new Macbook Air! :) I love it so much, it's so portable and light and I decided to name him Garrett lol I have a tendency to name stuff that I have The Macbook Pro's name is Jimmy Connelly (a cookie to you if you can guess where I got that from) I'm sad to move on from Jimmy but I really wanted a new computer and I'm passing him onto my dad so hopefully Jimmy will

Pastel Color Tips with White Polka Dots :)

This design is so cute and girly and it puts a twist on your average french tip manicure :) 1. Prep your nails I like to prep my nails by trimming them so they don't look like long talons but I don't trim them too short. I have a bad bad bad habit of biting my nails, especially my index fingernails, so they're shorter than the rest of the nails. I use a nail filing block that has 4 different uses on each side. Side one is for evening out ridges, side two is used to make the surface of the nail smooth, side three is for buffing the nails and the fourth side is to make them shiny. I bought mine in the beauty section at target for $2, I think... http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m268/sabakuNOgaara23/IMG_0275.jpg 2. Nail polish colors! These are the colors I used, and I know the title says pastel but you don't have to use the same colors. You can also use brighter or darker colors. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m268/sabakuNOgaara23/IMG_0278.jpg [from left to right] Confetti (Glass Slipper) - CVS Confetti (Belle of the Ball) - CVS Sephora by OPI (Havana Dreams) - Sephora Sally Hansen Insta-Dri (Lightening 10) - Target Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear (Green With Envy 20) - Target N.Y.C. (Polyester Pink Creme 108) - Target N.Y.C. (French White Tip 134) - Target 3. Base Coat Start off with applying a coat of the clear nail polish (mine isn't really a base coat nail polish but I like to improvise :]). http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m268/sabakuNOgaara23/IMG_0279.jpg 4. Tips! While the clear nail polish is drying, choose the order you wish to paint the nail polish. I like to keep colors that sort of look a like (e.g. purple and pink) separate from each other. I don't use a french manicure strips you can buy from target, I just freehand it and most of the time it comes out alright. Lay the brush horizontally on your nail and swipe it across in a arching motion. Apply two coats for each color. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m268/sabakuNOgaara23/IMG_0280.jpg 5. White dots Once your tips are dry it's time to prepare for the white dots part. Some beauty stores do carry dotting tools that are used for those REALLY fancy nail art designs, but you don't have to buy them for this tutorial. If you already have them go ahead and use them. For this tutorial I took a bobby pin and bent it so it was open. Then I took the white nail polish and poured out a little bit on a piece of paper. Now take the round on the bobby pin and dip it in the nail polish and start randomly placing dots on your nail. The size of your nail depends on how many dots you can place and if you have booboo on one of your tips, just place a dot over it to cover it up ;) http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m268/sabakuNOgaara23/IMG_0282.jpg 6. Has anyone heard of these before? They're supposed to make your eyes bigger and "dolly-like." They can change the color of your eye and it makes them appear bigger by adding a black ring around the edge. They're supposed to be "dangerous," but then again all contact lens are essentially dangerous, you just have to take really good care of them. Prices are around $20-$35 and you can purchase
