Stuffed French Toast Recipe

hi guys this is Stuffed French Toast everyone in my family loves French Toast my sister (joanna) makes the best French Toast ever but my mom cant always have it because she has diabetes so we me and my sister got her this book the (Betty Crocker's Diabetes Cookbook:) we use it almost every day because mom can have everything that is in the book its great and alot of the thing in it are really good so me and joanna were looking for a new Breakfast that everyone would love so i saw this one and said lets give it a try we did and it was like omg this is so good everyone loved it and mom could eat it so we were all happy here is the recipe if you would like to give it a try here is what you will need 12 slices of bread that are 1/2 inch thick 6 tablespoons of soft FatFree Cream Cheese 1/4 of a cup of Jams or jelly any kind 1/2 cup of Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), or 4 egg whites 1/2 cup of fat free Milk or skim 2 tablespoons of sugar you need to Spread one side of 6 slices bread with 1 TBS of cream cheese. Spread one side of remaining slices with 2 tsp of the Jams or jelly Place bread with cream cheese and bread with the Jams or jelly together. Beat the egg whites milk and sugar until it is nice and smooth them Pour into shallow bowl Spray the pant with cooking spray and place over med-low heat them Dip each slice of sandwich into the egg mixture and Cook sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until they look golden brown. it should make 6 servings so thats how you make it fast and easy i love making this for my mom and all of my family its good for everyone not just for someone that has Diabetes i make alot of food from this book and i want to share it with everyone the pic and text are mine i got the recipe my cook book

BEST BROWNIES I HAVE EVER HAD

hey guys i love Brownies they are my favorite thing to make they are just so good and so easy to make i love them i make them about once every 2 to 3 weeks im a baker so i do alot of baking all the time and i just think its really fun every on ein my family cooks but im the only baker yay here is my favorite recipe for Brownies my favorite Brownies ever you need 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon salt and here is how you make them you need to Preheat the oven to 350 and get any size pan and line it with foil get a bowl and combine melted butter and cocoa then stir until cocoa is dissolved. then Add the sugar and make sure to mix it really well then Add the eggs one at a time and stir until they are well combined add the vanilla and Stir it in then the flour and salt next you put it in the pan and bake for 25 minutes or so make sure no to over bake they can out dry so keep a eye on them when they are done let them Cool completely before taking them out of the pen and thats all you do they are the best Brownies i have ever had i got the recipe out of one of my moms cook books not sure what one we lost the book a long time ago thank god i back up all the recipes i like in my computer or i wouldnt even know how to make them pic and recipe are mine dont take
