So, summer is coming and I decided I should finally do something and get my lazy ass to work out. I read about the Beachbody series and at first I decided to do the Insanity workout, but it did look INSANE! I mean, it was very intense and I don't think is suited for newbies like me. So then I looked at other options and saw the Brazil Butt Lift program.
And it looks perfect - in 4 weeks it
shapes your butt, but there is also a "Tummy tuck" program and overall workout.
So I purchased it and am very excited to start it!
Has any one done anything from the Beachbody series?? What are your thoughts? WIll I survive it? hahaha

Mmm sangria!
When I was in Palma de Mallorca this month I thought to myself I should definitely try the sangria! Sangria is a wine punch typical of Argentina, Spain and Portugal. It normally consists of wine, chopped fruit, a sweetener, and a small amount of added brandy, Seltzer, Sprite or 7 UP. It is delicious I tell ya!
Every restaurant I stopped at that's what I got as a beverage. I
liked it so much I wanted to start making it at home. So here is a quick recipe for classic sangria:
Ingredients:
1 lemon
1 lime
1 orange
1 1/2 cups rum
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine
1 cup orange juice
Directions:
Put the fruit, rum, wine, and orange juice in the refrigerator to be well chilled. Slice the lemon, lime and orange into thin rounds and place in a large glass pitcher. Pour in the rum and sugar. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours to develop the flavors.
When ready to serve, crush the fruit lightly with a spoon and stir in the wine and orange juice. Adjust sweetness to taste.
And voila! Enjoy!

So does anyone play golf? Or even miniature golf? I have always fancied it, although I never really got a real lesson, so I didn't know what I was doing. But last year I actually got a one hour lesson from a real golf player, who explained how I should hold the club, how to hit, how to swirl my body etc. And it was really interesting and so addictive!
I know most people consider it a boring
type of sport, but I just love it! The only downside is that it is a rather expensive hobby!
So how about you, guys? Do you play golf or any other sport?

Alright, I know I am a liiittle late with the Easter eggs photos, but I completely forgot that I had these photos on my cell phone. That's the eggs I painted for Easter.
Painting is always such a hassle and ends up in a complete mess, but it's oh so fun!
I just bought random dyes from the supermarket and ended up mixing them and that's the end result.
Did you decorate your Easter eggs?
Hope everyone had a lovely Easter!

Good morning everyone!
I seriously cannot start the day without getting my caffeine fix! This is how I like my coffee:
- strongly brewed
- whipped cream on top
- a pinch of cinnamon
- no sweetener added!
Yummylicious!
I am such a junkie, I know, but I love my coffee in the morning (not only, but especially in the morning!!!)
So how about you guys? How do you like your coffee? Do you
drink at all, or perhaps you prefer tea?

Hiya girlies,
I thought I'd show you my current nail colour of choice. It's french manicure (I know, I know - nothing too exciting!) with a little accent on the ring finger. It is a little dragonfly, that I think is really cute (I was thinking of summer when I did it). I used Rimmel's Nail polishes from their French Manicure line - in White for the tips and also Nude Silhouette for top
coat.
Simple, but I love it!
What do YOU have on your nails at the moment? And what's your favorite colour for spring? I want to buy some new ones, so I'd love to hear your advise!

I just love dyi recipes, especially for my hair, as it makes me feel like I am in the SPA and I love to treat myself with those.
There is one that I read about in a magazine and it is with avocado. I am a huge fan, not only because it`s yummy, but because it is also very healthy for you.
This avocado hair masks are great for dry hair, but can also be used to keep your hair from becoming
dry. Avocado is high in fat and protein, thus making it nourishing while taking care of frizz.
And here is what you will need:
- half of an avocado that has been peeled
- an egg
- two tablespoons of olive oil
Smash all of the ingredients together in a bowl, and then massage the mixture onto your dry hair, working your way from the ends to the roots. Once you've covered all of your hair, use a shower cap or plastic bag to cover the strands for 20-30 minutes. Try putting a warm towel around your covered head until the time is up; it will boost the conditioning process.
Next, rinse the mixture completely out of your hair, and then shampoo as normal. Dry hair should get this treatment once a week until back to normal, and normal-to-oily hair that is being treated as a precautionary treatment only needs this process twice a month.
You can add some essential oils as well for further conditioning or just for relaxation.
Tell me if you have any good hair mask recipes of your own, I`d love to try some!

When changing your hair color, the goal is to keep all of the dye in your hair without staining your hands, face and the surrounding area, right? Well I never seem to keep that rule, no matter if I am dying my own hair or somebody else`s!
Luckily I`ve learned (though the hard way!) some tricks on how to get that dye off your skin, so that you don`t look freaky!
The great thing about removing
dye from your skin is that there are a number of different household items you can use to get the job done.
* Removing Dye from Skin *
1. Toothpaste - rub a small amount on the stained area, then rinse the area with water. You can repeat this process throughout the week until the dye is completely gone.
2. Nail Polish Remover - saturate a cotton ball or pad in nail polish remover and rub it onto the stained area. Be careful though, as it is powerful and might cause irritation to the skin!
* Removing Hair Dye from Hands/Nails *
1. Hydrogen peroxide - soak your hands in some hydrogen peroxide for several minutes, don`t leave them in for too long though.
2. Baking soda - use baking soda and a brush to gently scrub the nails and skin. Keep in mind that it could take more than one go with this method; however, it is still a great way to remove dye from the skin.
3. Dish washing soap - it can sometimes effectively remove hair dye stains, especially when mixed with either baking soda or lemon juice. Simply rub over the area until the stains fade.
Hope this helps and please feel free to share your own tips and tricks!!!

I haven`t had a lot of problems with my skin, rather than the occasional pimple, but just recently my skin started freaking out! And when I talked to my beautician, she said the reason might be my eating habits and she gave me some really good advice.
That`s why I decided to share it with you, because I do believe that it really helped me, combined with some extra treatment of the skin of
course.
If you have acne-prone skin you really have to take care what you eat, because certain foods may aggravate the acne problem. You should remove all listed foods from your diet, switching to good eating habits and after first month you should see positive changes.
List of foods you should remove from your acne diet:
Nuts - and products that are made with nuts: such as peanut butter (that was the hardest for me!)
Chocolates - in any forms
Cola and other dark fizzy drinks (it's ok to drink light colored sodas though)
Spicy foods
Salty foods - example: french fries, chips and other
Pizza
Dairy products
Less sugar - it may cause problems, so consume less sweet products (difficult, I know, but good for you!)
Less fried foods - (again something with "less", so enjoy fried foods, but not all the time!)
Beside eating properly, you have to remember to take good care of your skin as well, by cleansing your skin properly, following skin care routine for oily skin, which should be consulted with your doctor or beautician and by incorporating some healthy activities into your lifestyle.
Hope this helps you, as it definitely helped me!
And if you know other tips, please share below!

Hi LUUUXers!
This photo made me laugh so much! Kate Hudson and Suri Cruise were spotted wearing the same dress!!!
Now, I have to admit I am a huge fan of both of them, but I think Suri is the one who wore it best!
What do you guys think?
