I went to CVS first because I had some extrabuck coupons to use. I ended up getting the Not Your Mother's sea salt spray for only $0.53 after all of my coupons, which I think was a great deal and the cashier said she was kind of jealous, haha.
Then as my mom and I were going to go to Lucky to get groceries, she decided to go to Marshalls, too. So I got the Bed Head leave in conditioner and
it's for color treated hair. I have lightened my hair with Sun In so I guess that counts as color treated, but I honestly don't care if the color goes away. It smells like vanilla/caramel though! It smells so good, that's partially the reason why I got it. It was $5.
So after that, we finally went to Lucky and I passed by the makeup section and saw that practically everything that from Wet n Wild was 50% off and they carried the Berry Shimmer, which was the only blush I didn't pick up at Walgreens when they had their sale so I had to get it this time. It was $1.50. I also got the 8 pan Blue had me at hello palette since that teal-ish blue color looked amazing. That was $2.
So that's what I got yesterday and I actually have tried all the products out already at least once so I might do some reviews soon.

Over the weekend, I went to the mall and picked up a few things at H&M. I got a white dress with a strip of white lace in the front & lace a the back. It was about $10. Then, I got two loose tank tops for about $3 each. I went to a store, I think it was called Ninas (not sure), and got a black high-low skirt for about $13. It was hard to take a picture of, haha.

taken from my phone so the quality isn't very good.

Sears is having a huge 50% off all makeup sale so I decided to get a few things. A lot of products were either opened, used, or sold and I didn't want to buy too much so I just got a Milani shadoweyez stick in Brown Deluxe and the Maybelline Natural Smokes Quad. They were both $3 each after the 50% off, which I think were great deals.
I swatched the Milani jumbo pencil next to NYX's Jumbo
Pencil in French Fries and they are very similar in color, almost identical. However, the NYX pencil took a few more swipes and wasn't as creamy and didn't glide as well on the skin. I rubbed both of them and the Milani one held up very well, no budging at all, whereas the NYX pencil smudged.

Today I went to CVS because of their pf sale. When I scanned my card, I also got a $3 pf coupon so my grand total for the concealer ended up being $0.80. I haven't had a chance to really try the concealer yet but I tested it on my hand after getting it and it is quite thick and light on my skintone. I'll have to see about this and I'll try to put up a review in a few weeks or so.
Have you
tried this concealer?

So today I decided to swatch all (well most because I forgot some) of my blushes to see if I had dupes, but though they all look similar (mainly all pinks, lol), there was a different in some form or another. But did I find two that are similar, not quite total dupes.
The first is ELF's Candid Coral ($3) and Rimmel's "Mauve Cool". Mauve Cool is softer (which is more prone to
breaking/shattering) and more pigmented. Candid Coral took a few extra swipes to get the same opaqueness as Mauve Cool. However, Candid Coral is slightly more on the coral golden iridescent side, whereas Mauve Cool is on the pink side with slight silver shimmer that is not quite that noticeable. I feel like Candid Coral may be similar to Nars Orgasm, yet I do not own that.
The other similar blush "dupe" that I found was with Wet n Wild's "Heather Silk" and Revlon Cream Blush in "Berry Flirtatious". Obviously, the textures are different since the revlon one is a cream blush and heather silk is powder. But, Heather Silk is extremely pigmented with one swipe and Berry Flirtatious took two swipes to get a similar look. Heather Silk is similar, yet the hot pink color is more on the cooler, blue side and Berry Flirtatious is closer to the warm, pink side. On the cheeks, I'm sure they would look almost identical.

I have just started using some of these mascaras and the others I'm going to throw away soon because it's just about at the 3 month mark, but I wanted to do a review on them nonetheless.
The mascaras that I have are:
- Benefit They're Real ($10, $23 for full size): The brush is a unique brush that reminds me of the Loreal Million Lashes (?) mascara.. the one in the gold tube. It also has sort
of a spiky ball at the tip, like the Loreal Telescopic Explosion mascara, I think it is. It's really dark and really does lengthen and coat the lashes well. I really like this mascara, however I do not think I would repurchase because it is quite pricey.
- Estee Lauder Sumptuous Bold Volume Lifting Mascara ($22 for full size): I got this from my sister, who got it from a friend. To be honest, I would have not tried it otherwise. It actually really is nice. It lengthens really well and has a nice tapered cone shaped brush. It is lightweight so if you curl your lashes beforehand, it won't really weigh them down. Again, I probably won't repurchase because it's expensive, but it also is a nice product. I would use makeup remover to get this off, though, because I tried taking it off with water one time and once the mascara got in my eye, it stung so watch out for that.
- Maybelline Great Lash Lots of Lashes ($5): Again with the tapered cone shape brush, I was intrigued by it. However, the formula for this is really wet and heavy so it just draged my lashes down. It didn't do much for my lashes except drag them down and coat them darker. It lengthened a little bit, no volume. I will not repurchase this, though it is one of the cheapest mascaras at the drugstore.
- Maybelline XXL Pro Extensions ($6): It comes with a white primer side and a black mascara to coat on after. I really like this mascara. In the primer, I believe there are fibers that cling to your lashes, making them look longer than they are (and I definitely need that). The black mascara side is also great and super dark. It is a little more on the wet side so it did transfer when I blinked but that's nothing that a Q-tip can't fix. It lengthened my lashes and volumized a bit. I would repurchase this. It's a great alternative to the more expensive mascaras that come with a primer.
- Loreal Voluminous Original Mascara ($6): Everyone raves about this mascara. To me (it might be my lashes) it's not that great. The formula itself is very wet so it reduced the curl of my lashes. It lengthened a little bit, did a little bit of volumizing, but if you try to put more coats of it (like I always do to get maximum lengthening), it starts to clump. The good side is that it does go on really easily. I have no idea why but the formula reminds me of butter, super smooth. I wonder if this would be a good cream liner.. haha. I don't know. I may repurchase this, but I wouldn't buy into the hype. It's a slightly above average mascara to me.
*note that all of the mascaras are in the darkest blackest black
~ Also, about my lashes. They're short, sparse, and fairly hard to curl.
These are my own personal opinions. Looking back on the reviews, I feel like I sound mean about some of them, but really everyone's lashes are different so a product I may dislike, someone else may absolutely love. I would still try these products if I were you because they might end up being your HG product. :)

I've had this foundation for a while so today I decided to review it.
Price: ~$7-10
Coverage: light-medium
My shade: 325 Sandstone
Pros:
- Squeeze tube/light packaging, not in a glass bottle
- Fairly affordable
- Pretty good color selection, there are darker shades
- Lightweight, not cakey at all
- Buildable coverage
- Provides a dewy finish
Cons:
- Light coverage
- When
you're looking for your color, you may not be able to tell if it has a pink tone or yellow tone. From this line, most shades are pink toned so I suggest looking at swatches online beforehand.
I would not recommend this foundation if you're looking for a full coverage foundation, but this is a great foundation for making your skin tone even and canceling most redness. I also like that it has a squeeze tube and it's light to carry.
Rating: 8.7/10
Repurchase: Maybe, but I'm probably going to try more foundations beforehand.

Today, I went to Walgreens to get the wet n wild pencil sharpener because it's cheap and mine looks disgusting now. I saw that the blushes were on sale for $2.30 so I got three since I wanted to try them out. I'm excited to try the blushes out after all the type. The total for this was about $8.50, which isn't too bad.

Recently, I went to Marshalls and Kmart (and CVS too but I didn't take pictures). At Marshalls I got a bobble since it was only $4. I had one from before that was $8 but I stopped using it because it was getting old. Then, I got an ELF angled liner brush for about $2.50. At Kmart, I got a double pack of little claw clips on sale for $2, a Rimmel blush for $1 (!!!!!!!) Even though the top layer
was shattered, and the jordana eye shadow duo because I heard it was pretty good. At CVS, I got two rimmel Eyebrow pencils because I had coupons and it was bogo 1/2, which the total was about $3.50 for both.
*pictures are mine from my phone so they aren't that great.
