ahem, sorry, I forgot not every human speaks Cat-anese. In the north part of Japan there is an island called Tashirojima which is "Cat Island". What are they known for? Guess...! C'mon!
Cats! The small island has a small population of mostly elderly people but even more cats. They're well respected and not considered a nuisance on the island. There's a
cat shrine and the cats play an important role in keeping down the rat population in the fishing town.
When not too long ago there were the triple disaster in Japan, with Earthquake, Tsunami, and Nuclear meltdown, the island was checked by the emergency agency and found there were no major destruction or death given the proximity.
The only way to get to the island is via ferry from the town of Ishinomaki if you ever want to visit.

When the playoffs started and you would've told me that the Spurs and the Thunder would be in the Western Conference Finals I would've said you must be kidding. But here we have them. The aging veterans vs. the upstart young'ins.
Yesterday the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 5 taking 4 games to 1. Goes to show that Kobe cannot do it all by himself despite his best
efforts.
The Eastern Conference is still up in the air with Celtics leading the 76ers 3 games to 2. And the Heat and Pacers tied 2 games apiece. If any team other than the Heat makes it to the Finals, then the West Coast team will take it. Of the remaining four teams, I'm not a fan of any of them. =(

2) Did you play much basketball as a youth?

The summer is fast approaching so that means it's time for Weekend Walks! What it is, is different communities at different times of the spring/summer close off their streets to cars and allow only Pedestrians. Usually they'll have some kind of activity or festival with things for the whole family to enjoy. If you check in the source link below you can see where and when they are happening.
There's bound to be one in your neighborhood (if you live in NYC!)
The next on the schedule is Main Street Queens and Heights in Manhattan on June 3rd. The Heights (156th Street) will have kids' arts and crafts activities, face painting, local neighborhood tours, and dance classes. While Main Street, Queens will be located on Main Street btw 71st Road and 72nd Avenue. Not sure what they plan to do yet.

1) Does your neighborhood close of streets for a fair or block party?
2) I've been having a cold for a week now, will you wish me well?

TEST POST 2 using Bookmarket
One of the places I've always wanted to try and is world reknowned for Steaks is Peter Luger's. The original one is in Brooklyn, while a second one is in New Jersey.
I hope to be able to visit one day. They only accept cash. And you have to book at least a month or two in advance!
This is a test post using the Luuux Bookmarket.
Snoopy and Woodstock, characters from Peanuts created by Charles Schulz are two of the most world known comic strip characters in the world. Snoopy being used by Metlife for its ads, is always cute and adorable. Every year at Yankees Stadium they have a giveaway of a Snoopy in a Yankees uniform. Boo...
Thanks for reading this Test
Post.

I scored a couple of passes to the New York City screening of Men In Black 3 next week. Now number 2 was one of the WORST movies I ever saw given the amount of product placement in that movie. To me MIB 2 was just a giant infomercial. However, I did like MIB 1, I am a fan of Will Smith, and the trailer looks good, so I'm looking forward to see MIB 3 and hopefully they redeem themselves from
the Horror of MIB 2.
If you live in NYC and would like to attend the screening drop me a private message.

I think one of the most beautiful places you can visit in Asia has to be Thailand. With the amazing architecture and landscapes it's all a marvel of beauty to enjoy. Also the food, in my opinion is amazing. One of my favorite dishes is pad thai which is a noodles dish. I also love the chicken and ribs they make. It's of course always better to try a cuisine from its land of origin. There's
an upcoming deal on bloomspot (think groupon but more upscale) for travel there through Gate 1 Travel. I've come across Gate 1 previously when looking for deals to Asia. They seem to be one of the biggest online travel agencies to Asia.
Talk the TALK
1) Have you been to Thailand, do you have a desire to go?
2) When visiting a foreign country do you usually try to get a tour guide that speaks your language or just wing it?
For a great work out that helps you get your groove on with your man (or woman). Consider a class in "The Art of Exotic Dancing for Everyday Women." So I guess I won't be joining any time soon. It's a great way to get fit and ponder a new career at the same time. lol j/k!
I've seen gym classes that offer similar things including pole dancing classes. I think this is an interesting and fun
take on it. It's a great way for girls to do a class together and learn something new.
Talk the TALK
1) Have you ever taken a pole dancing or erotic dance class before?
2) If they had this for men, would you ask your man to take it? (or if you're a guy would you take the class?)

For some reason I had no trouble with the idea of a woman painting with her menstrual period. But when it comes to German artist Marin Von Ostrowski, I can't help but think, "man, are you kidding me?!" The German artist shocked the world back in 2008 with his portrait of Adolf Hitler using as medium, his... POOP. And then subsequently his exhibitiion of men bodily fluid art. o_O
From the
article below:
"“I exist as I do digest, as I do produce semen,” Ostrowski said in a statement on his website, adding that painting with sperm and poo shows that he is part of the organic world.
Ostrowski got the idea to use semen as paint during a series of oil paintings which pictured ejaculations back in 1988. The artist wanted the picture to be more authentic and oils apparently just didn't do it justice. Feeling inspired, he just masturbated on the darkened canvas. "
I for one would not want to check out this 50 year old artist's exhibition nor shake his hand!
Talk the TALK
1) Would you rather own a menstrual art or poop art?
2) Have you ever dream of being a professional artist?

When you were growing up, you must have thought to yourself I wish I could be a knight or a princess that kicks arse! Well you can. On June 1st, the Great Erdrejan Fayre 2012 takes place in Eastern Albion UK, one of the largest LIVE ACTION ROLEPLAYING events is taking place. Get your geek on and become a medieval warrior or a juggler if you like. Perhaps a fair maiden? LOL.
UK too far?
Lots of these type of events are held across the United States and perhaps in your country as well. Okay, maybe not Antarctica or North Korea... If you're in the U.S. check out: http://nerohq.com/ as one of the oldest and largest in North America.

1) What kind of character would you like to be?
2) Have you ever travel to such an event?
