Chore Jar!

Wow, this is such a fantastic idea, I just had to share it! (Found this on Pinterest.) It's a chore jar. It's filled with Popsicle sticks and each one has a chore on it. Every day, you have your kids pull out 3 or 4 of them and they must do those chores before they go out and play! This is such a great idea. I don't have kids but I would love to do this someday when I do! I wanted to share it here for those of you who do have kids. You have got to check out her blog post about the chore jar because she has free printables that you attach to the Popsicle sticks! Such a fun and cute way to get things done! Blessing Bags!

I saw this on Pinterest. This is a kit that you put together and keep in your car for giving to homeless people. I think this is such a great idea. I am in the city a lot and there are quite a lot of homeless people. They are always asking for money but I am weary cause I am afraid they will use it for the wrong things. I can see they are in need though and I would love to help so this is a great way to do that! This lady came up with "Blessing Bags". It's a kit full of items that a homeless person may need. You just take a large ziplock bag and fill it up with these items: food, chapstick, tissues, tooth brush and toothpaste, soap, bandaids, coins, socks, etc... I think this is such a fantastic idea and a great way to help. I would love to make like a hundred of these and give them out at Christmas. What do you guys think of this idea? Postcard Journal!

Oh my gosh, this is such an amazing, fun, and cute idea! I just had to share it! This is like a one line a day journal. Basically, there is an index card for each day of the year. Every day, you find the index card with the date on it and write the year and a one-liner about what happened that day. You can do this for years and it would be so fun to look back and see what you were doing that same day a year or two ago. Like she mentioned, the first year would be the least rewarding but can you imagine doing this for 10 years? So cool! Fantastic Idea For Storing Hair Accessories!

Wow, this is an amazing and super cute way to store hair accessories! I had to share it! All you do is take an oatmeal container or something of a similar size and cover it in your choice of paper. You glue the base of the oatmeal container to and old cake stand or something of the like and you're done! So easy! Then you can place headbands around it and clips inside of it! I think I will make this but also put ribbons around the top for attaching some flower and bow clips I have. What do you think of this? Share your thoughts below! This Would Make a Great Gift...

I think this is cool. This lady got a wooden J on clearance for $3. It was originally red so she spray painted it black. She was making this for her niece so she took pictures of her niece and her and used mod podge to attach them to the J making a collage! I think this is such a cute idea. It's a great idea for a gift. Especially if you are buying for someone that has everything! I guarantee they don't have this. :P What do you think of this gift idea?
