These are super delicious and really easy to make. Every time I make them they never last very long :) If you've never had them, now's the perfect time to give them a try. I've been using this recipe for a while and it's nearly impossible to get wrong. This recipe can be found at the source link below as well as the photo. Enjoy and happy baking!
Mackinac Island is a state park located in Michigan's Lake Huron. I went there about ten years ago on a school trip and I have wanted to go back ever since.
The island is absolutely beautiful. There are no motor vehicles allowed on the island so people get around by walking, riding bicycles, or by horse drawn carriages.
Mackinac Island is famous for its fudge and I can say that it worth
every bit of is good reputation in that respect. There are also many attractions there as well: Fort Mackinac, Fort Holmes, several museums, the Grand Hotel, and a golf course.
If you're ever in Michigan I recommend going to Mackinac Island. It is definitely worth the trip.

As I'm not usually a fan of animated films/tv shows I was a bit reluctant to watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. My older sister loves everything animated and is a huge fan of the show. So after a lot of pestering from my sister and out of extreme boredom, I watched the show.
I was surprised to see the it was actually a pretty good show. It's not just the typical kid show that tries to
inject morals without any real substance. It has the moral aspect but it is also genuinely funny.
I think the show's humor is what has drawn in adult viewers and contributed to its massive fanbase. Apparently My Little Pony has a huge cult following with most of its fans being adults. Typing "My Little Pony" into a search engine brings up thousands of links to merchandise, blog posts, fan forums, fan art, and some creepy fan fiction.
I like the show but I don't think I'll love it to that extent. Has anyone else seen this show? What do you think of it?

Season 1 of Game of Thrones was epic and I have been counting down to Season 2. I am excited to see what happens to all of my favorite characters. My favorite characters are Arya Stark, Tyrion Lannister, Daenerys Targaryen, and Jon Snow.
I love strong female characters and Arya definitely fits into that category. She's a tiny badass! Daenerys is a strong woman
as well but she doesn't start out that way. Watching her go from cowering and submissive to confident and strong was great to watch.
I always like stories that have characters who overcome obstacles and/or use them to their advantage. Tyrion and Jon do just that. Tyrion (in my opinion) is the best character in the show. He realizes that his dwarfism is how people define him and he doesn't let it be a handicap. Jon overcomes his bastard status and becomes an important figure among those at The Wall.
I've only read the first book so I don't know what's supposed to happen to my favorite characters. At least I don't have to wait very long to find out. :)

If you love makeup but are on a budget like me, E.L.F. is a great brand. I recently bought some of their mineral eye shadows and they are absolutely amazing.
Most of the shades are shimmery but there are few matte shades as well. I only have one matte shade in black. I use it as an eyeliner when I want a softer look.
My favorite one is the pink one in
the picture. I want to get a few more shades but every time I look on the E.L.F. website, all the ones I want are sold out. :( I recommend giving them a try. You can't beat the price either. ;)

Okay, so everyone likes to hate on the third generation but now that's over I'm sad to see them go. I think one of the reasons they didn't get as good a reception as the second generation is because they didn't have a link to the previous generation like the second did to the first generation.
The first generation had an amazing group of people who made their
audience love them. The second generation didn't inspire as much feeling (at least for me) as the first generation but they had the advantage of having two minor characters (Effy & Pandora) from the first two series taking the lead.
The third generation had to make an impression like the first generation did but they also had the disadvantage of being judged against previous casts.
So, while Skins has come dangerously close to ridiculous in terms of the plot on many occasions (the second generation actually going there), the third generation did well.
