MeBlingBling.com offers a wide variety of custom made cell phone cases for pretty much every type of cell phone. They contacted me about a month ago and asked if I would do a review. I selected the design I wanted, and it took the company about 2 weeks to make the case and mail it to me. I have received so many inquiries and compliments on my Hello Kitty case, and I think I've convinced a few
people to place an order. The cases aren't cheap, but they aren't over the top expensive either for being custom made. Right now on their website, the cases are going for $80. Use my discount code, "Bling10" and receive 10% off your purchase. Also, if I reach 2000 views on my YouTube video, the company will sponsor a giveaway so one of my lucky subscribers can win a case of their own.
I've been looking for a good toner to use on my face for quite some time. The Dermologica line is on the expensive end, but I took a product knowledge workshop when they were a guest artist at the school I work for. The product is very refreshing on my face, and I love how it comes in a spray form. I use it morning and night, and it's a really versatile product. There is an entire AgeSmart
line that I am planning to try out. If any of you have tried this line, please let me know how you like it.
I resisted purchasing the original Beauty Blender for a long time because I thought the Sonia Kashuk blending sponge (half the price) would work just as well. And I did use the Sonia Kashuk for months before trying the Beauty Blender on a whim. The blending is much better, and the quality is far better than the Sonia Kashuk. I've been doing more gigs, so I recently purchased a 5 pack for $50
at musebeauty.pro I use them on all my clients whenever using any cream or liquid products. I absolutely love them!
I recently purchased this airbrush system, and I absolutely love it. It's definiately more for the makeup artist who frequently does wedding and runway makeup. I do both, so the investment has been worth it. The only drawback is that the system does not come with directions. You pretty much have to take a class in order to learn how to use it properly as well as maintain it.
In this video I show you how I melt down my lipsticks and put them in palette form. This makes it easier to travel. It's very simple, and it really doesn't take too long. It's also very inexpensive. I used plastic pill organizers (that I bought at Dollar Tree) for the palettes. Take a look around your house because you may have some already laying around.
This video shows some of the products I bought for my freelance makeup kit. The Beauty Blender makes a big difference compared to the Sonia Kashuk (I've been using it a while now). The Inglot eyeshadows are fabulous. I use them at every gig. They're really pigmented and easy to blend.
I had the best experience working on my first music video shoot. The song, "Road To Recovery" by Soldierhard is about a war veteran coming home and trying to deal with PTSD and getting the help he needs. My job as the makeup artist was to make the veteran look depressed and defeated. The video premieres September 11.
I had a great experience working with the stylist, photographer and models.

No Bad Romance here. MAC has unveiled a hot new shade inspired by Lady Gaga and her passions, in both Lipstick and Lipglass. And as always every cent from the sale of M∙A∙C VIVA GLAM goes toward the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund.
I'm really loving these perfect nude shades!
If you have a local Paul Mitchell Salon or School nearby, their holiday gift sets are really great and affordable. There are even stocking stuffer products for $5 or less. The best thing of all is that each Paul Mitchell holiday gift set purchase helps support Grow Appalachia—a non-profit initiative founded by Co-founder and CEO John Paul DeJoria.
