I recently discovered a really cool website called myfitnesspal.com. It's a weightloss community with several members, also with a goal to loose weight.
I have found this website to be so helpful, motivating and inspirational.
The website asks you a series of questions about your current weight,
height, goal weight, age, etc... and then it will give you a persific number of calories that you need should aim to eat and burn each day.
The website allows you to make your own page and you can keep track of what you're eating and burning all day - this website must have pretty much every food you can think of... so all you need to do is, write what you've eaten and it'll tell you how many calories, carbs, protien and fat that it contains!
You can also make friends on there who are also trying to loose weight, you can write to each other and motivate each other along your weightloss journeys and also be inspired :)
This website has really helped me keep track of my calories and ever since I joined last week, I've been under my calorie goal! I love it!!

Spring has arrived and summer is coming... and it's time to start working on our beach bodies ;)
Excercise and diet are vital, however it's handy to have a little help along the way right?!
Here are some of the best tips and tricks I have learnt along my weightloss journey, for weightloss and
metabolism boosting....
- DRINK ICE COLD WATER
Drinking water is always good, but water that is ice cold works wonders for burning those calories! Because the water is so cold, your body has to work harder to warm it up and therefore makes your body burn more calories.
- EAT REGULALY
Eat 4-6 small meals per day rather than 3 average sized meals. Eating little but often is great for your metabolism as your body is never 'starving' and wont store any of your food as fat. Try eating every 3-4 hours.
INTERVALL TRAINING
Intervall training is not only a massive fat and calorie burner, but an intense work out. It has been proven that intense workouts do not only burn calories while your excercising but can also burn 24-48 hours after!
MORNING EXCERCISE
The best time to excercise is in the morning on an empty stomach as it boosts your metabolism for the rest of your day!
WEIGHT TRAINING
Weight training helps to tone, build strength and also burns ALOT of calories!
SAY NO TO CARBS
Carbohydrates are vital in everybodies diet but in moderation. Alot of us over eat carbs. A great tip is too eat a good portion of carbs in the morning for breakfast to 'stock up' if you like and then throughout the day, try to watch your carb intake. Eating carbs for breakfast isn't a bad thing as it will allow you to burn them off throughout the rest of the day!
Hope this has helped you with your weightloss :)

Alot of us are working hard to get in shape for summer, including me! I just found this picture of Marissa Miller in a bikini and thought it was such a motivational image - I had to share it with you all! Her body is just amazing... and looking at it makes me think twice about gobbling down those extra
calories!
I think motivational pictures can be a big help in weightloss progress... I find the most helpful pictures include women like Marissa Miller, Eva Mendes and other hot women with beach bodies! But also, overweight women that have let themselves go can be motivational as that also makes you think twice about shoving that chocolate cake down your neck! ...and ofcourse pictures of exotic beaches and summery weather - that's a real motivation booster :)
My Stats:
Height: 5'4"
Starting Weight: 138lbs
Current Weight: 129lbs
Goal Weight: 120lbs
Comment below and tell me if pictures motivate you to loose weight and what sort of photos you find most helpful...? :)

I decided to loose weight back in January, as I was feeling chubby, untoned and frumpy. I was never overweight but I feel that if I carried on eating the bad foods I was getting through in the day and the lack of excercise I was doing would have eventually made me overweight.
I am so happy that I
decided to make a change as I have since lost 9lbs in weight, along with 1.5" from my waist and hips! My current weight is 129lbs, my waist measures 26.5" and my hips are 36.5" (height - 5'4") :)
I have been excercising - mostly intervall training workouts on the cross trainer, aswell as weight machines at the gym and body weight excercises at home.
I am planning on loosing another 10lbs as ideally i'd like to get down to 120lbs and have a 25-26" waist.
In order to loose the weight, I shall be sticking to the same routine/plan that allowed me to loose the 9lbs. Loosing weight is alot easier than people think if you maintain a healthy diet, watch your fat and calorie intake and also cut down the carbs - Don't completely cut out carbs from your diet, but cutting them down will help alot in your weightloss. I tend to eat carbs with protein and fibre for breakfast and then aim to eat little or no carbs for lunch and dinner - This way, you can fill your body up with carbs in the morning but still burn them off throughout the day. I also eat alot of salads and fruits, lean protein and fibre :)
Good luck with your weightloss - Remember, if you really want it you can do it! Just put your mind to it and work hard and it'll pay off :)

I have been into London many times in my life for theatre shows, shopping trips, meals out, etc. It's a HUGE city that has so much to offer tourists, eg: The London Eye, Royal Family, Big Ben, English History & Culture, Buckingham Palace, London Bridge, Madamme Tussauds, etc.
I think London is a place
that everybody should visit during some point in their lives, especially if you're into history and a fan of the Queen and Royal Family! :)

I noticed this cute, white sundress with crochet detailing on ASOS.COM a few days ago and I'm thinking of purchasing it - I think it'll be lovely in the summer :)
It's by a brand called 'Pink Soda' - It has cut-out detailing at the front, a halterneck strap and delicate crochet detailing to the hem.
I
love the bright white colour and the crochet detailing - Crochet is a big trend for Spring and Summer and I like it in small amounts, like on this dress :)
It's also currently on sale for just £23.00 - Reduced from £42! Quite a bargain...?
Comment below and tell me what you think of this cute summer dress and if you think I should get it or not!?!

Here in the U.K, the weather has been so gorgeous and sunny for the past few days that it got me in the mood to do a bit of bikini shopping :) I bought three gorgeous bikini's via the La Senza website - I absolutely love the bikini's that La Senza have, they are really good quality and have some really
pretty colours and designs!
I purchased this hot pink halter bikini, it has a really cute white polka dot print throughout and ruffles to the top :) The bottoms have thick tie sides too which is great! - I love it!
The bikini cost £34.00 in total, which is a bit expensive... but I figured that it'd be worth it for such a cute, well-made bikini that will hopefully make me look fantastic on the beach!
Comment below and tell me what you think of my new bikini :)

Yesterday, I did a bit of bikini shopping via the La Senza website (They have some absolutely gorgeous bikini's!) - I ordered three, ready for my summer holiday in July! :)
One that I ordered is this gorgeous turquoise coloured 'sea spot' halter bikini - It's the most gorgeous colour for bright, sunny
weather and I love the polka dot design!
The balconette style halter top is great, as it provided you with uplift and support and the bottoms have thick side ties.
In total the bikini cost £32.00 (£20 for the top and £12 for the bottoms) - Kind of expensive but I figured its worth it as La Senza make fantastic quality items that will last for a long time and hopefully make me look fab on the beach! :)
Comment below and tell me if you like my new bikini :)

Hi Everyone! It's been a while since I posted about my weightloss progress but I have been keeping up the hard work and it has paid off! :)
Stats:
- Height: 5'4"
- Start weight (January): 139lbs
- Current weight (April): 130lbs
I've lost 9lbs so far... just by maintaining a healthy diet
(watching my fat, carbs and calorie intake) and also excercising 3 times a week (usually intervall training) :)
I have decided that I want to loose a further 10lbs (GOAL WEIGHT: 120lbs) and ideally I'd like to achieve this before July. (The sooner the better!)
So, I have a new weightloss plan! I'm going to excercise for an hour everyday (intense, intervall training and body weight training)
Some other rules I follow in order to loose weight are:
- Only drink water
- Always eat breakfast
- 4-6 small meals everyday
- Don't eat after 7pm
- Watch calorie, fat and carb intake
- Always treat yourself to a snack/meal once/twice per week
:)
