Hi guys! I was shopping at a mall i don't usually go to and their forever 21 is three floors! Since at my normal mall, there is only one floor of forever 21, i had to take advantage of the situation and wound up getting a lot of new stuff!
1. GOLD PENCIL SKIRT- I desperately need a cute pencil skirt and when i saw this, i immediately thought it was perfect. It is extremely form fitting to
your body due to it's material and isn't one of those skirts that you have to constantly be fixing. $22.80
2. WHITE SEQUIN TANK TOP- I know that it is a little hard to see against the white background but it is just a basic white tank covered in sequins. I thought this was perfect for both spring and summer and could be combined to make a really cute outfit. $19.80
3. MUSTARD TANK TOP- This tank top isn't really my usual style but when I tried it on, I actually thought it was really cute. Since, I despise the color mustard, I don't have any clothes this color. However, it looked very different to me and although it is hard to see, the back has a criss-crossed straps which also makes it very pretty. Along with this tank, I thought it would be great for the spring and summer seasons and decided to buy it. $13.80
4. STRIPED LONG SLEEVE SHIRT- This long sleeved shirt is lined with black, grey, and white horizontal stripes. I thought it was really cute and since I never have enough long sleeved shirts and it is still pretty chilly where I lived, I bought it. $10.99
5. DRESS- I need more dresses since i've been having and have a lot of formal events coming up. I thought this dress was so cute and decided to purchase it. It has a florally lace pattern going through the whole dress. It has sleeves/straps which is always a plus since strapless dresses fall down a lot when dancing. The back has very pretty criss-crossed straps. I would describe the color as a salmon although the receipt calls the color tomato. $17.80
6. JEAN VEST- My recent obsession is jean jackets/tops so i've been buying a bunch lately. I thought this vest was super cute and would make a great final touch to a cute outfit. It is light denim and has chestnut and brown colored buttons. $18.90
7. SATCHEL- I've been looking everywhere for a cute, decently sized satchel and I think I finally found it. I wanted one for everyday use but I don't know if this will be big enough. However, this is the perfect size for bringing around a few this while on vacation or at the mall without being annoyed with a wristlet or an over the shoulder bag where I have to constantly be worrying about remembering not to forget it. It is a light chestnut color but can go well with a lot of outfits. $15.50
So that is all, what do you think of my haul? which item i purchased is your favorite?
Hey guys! I stopped by VS at the mall the other day and picked up four items.
1.THE PURPLE STRIPED 'LOVE PINK' SHIRT-I thought this shirt was very pretty and since I was looking for a gift for my best friend's birthday and it's her style I decided to get it for her. It was $24.50 which I got her other things as well but yeah.
2.THE 'LOVE PINK 86' JERSEY SHIRT-I immediately knew that I
wanted to buy this so my mom offered to get it for my birthday. It is hard to see the color in the picture but it is a light grey and the 86 is in sequence. It was $29.50.
3.THE LACE THONG-I receive a coupon in the mail for a free lacy panty from here so while I was there I picked one up and got it for completely no charge! Plus, it retails for $10.50, how awesome is that?
4.YOGA PANTS-I received a pair of Pink yoga pants for Christmas but didn't really like the band because it was purple cheetah and since i don't have like any purple clothing, I had nothing to match it with. I decided to exchange it for another pair but I kept forgetting to bring them when I went to the mall until yesterday! I just realized I didn't get a good photo of the band but it is white with silver cheetah on it and LOVE PINK in black obviously haha. It was $34.50 and my other pair was $39.50. So I got them for free and got an extra $5 out of it.
So my total was approximately $50 because of the exchange and free coupon! What do you think of my haul?
Hey guys! Here is a small Sephora haul. I have been meaning to buy something here for forever since i've had a gift card that i've wanted to use up. Everytime I was near a Sephora, i never had the giftcard handy. I'm not a big Sephora fan.. I mean trust me I DO want everything in the store but when I actually go to buy something, it is hard for me to pay a ridiculous price on something I know I
can get for much more reasonable. But, I finally bought an eyeshadow palette the other day wooo! I bought the 'TOO FACED SMOKEY EYE'. Which is a basic palette that comes with 9 shades, as you can see with and without flash in the above pictures. Then a trial size eye shadow primer was also included. And so was three instruction cards of how you can do your makeup to achieve a certain look with english on one side and spanish on the opposite side. The palette was $36. I had a $25 gift card and my mom paid the difference. I have yet to use the palette yet but i will most likely do a review on it or eotd's once I start using it. My only problem is that a brush wasn't included with it so i'm waiting to buy a new one unless I want to use one of my existing brushes from other palettes. What do you think of my Sephora haul?
My nails today are polished with Urban Outfitter's Afterhours. I recently picked up this shade while shopping with my friends. I have a haul on the other polish I got but it was $5 and I got them 2 for $8. So the polish was technically $4.
First, I applied one coat of Afterhours which looked very sheer and looked like a glitter overcoat. But not after I applied the second coat! It came out just
how I wanted it to with two coats! Then I used inm out the door as my top coat! This polish is very pretty and I would recommend it. Although it didn't stay on for an extremely long time i still really like it and this is definitely one of my faves. Plus, this polish can also be used as a glitter overcoat with only one coat if you wanted to use it with another polish! What do you think of my notd?
Hey guys! Here is a small Saint Patty's Day haul! I decided to go all out this year for the holiday since it is one of my favorites so I picked up a few things to add to my collection of St. Patricks day attire! I already wore all this stuff to a town parade that was last weekend and I will obviously be wearing it all tomorrow hah! Here is what I got:
1.Bowtie- This sequenced bow tie was $2 at
AC Moore. Although it was a bit uncomfortable, it looks really cute with the outfit.
2.Award Ribbon- This ribbon says "YOU'RE IN LUCK, I'M IRISH" on it. I also got this at AC Moore for $2.
3.Sunglasses- These beer sunglasses were $3 at AC Moore. I got a lot of compliments on them at the parade, everyone thought it was funny haha!
4.Shamrock necklace- I got this necklace at Walgreens for $4. It lights up when you click the button on the back however it only lasts for like a minute and then it stops.
That's what I bought for St.Pattys Day. To the parade I also wore all of my existing attire. I wore shamrock earrings and a shamrock bracelet. I wore a green headband. I even did my makeup with green eyeshadow haha! Then I wore a lace shirt with a bright green sports bra underneath and then a jacket haha. Then I wore My long, striped, green, that have shamrocks hanging from the top with slippers haha.
What do you think of my St.Patty's Day outfit and new purchases? Hope everyone enjoys their holiday! :)
Hey guys! This post is LONG overdue since I received this as a christmas present. But I kept forgetting to use it until last week when I finally decided to give it a try. When my mom and I first saw this in Kohl's we were shocked. I've never seen or even heard of a portable nail dryer but I thought it was such a good idea. There is so many times when I do my nails at home and immediately smudge
them because i have no way to dry them or when I have to leave the nail salon in a rush and don't have any way to properly dry them. Well, this is where this could come in handy. So, my mom purchased it for me as a christmas present since I thought it would be so handy. When I finally did my nails last week and remembered to use it, I was so excited to see how it worked. Of coarse it isn't like UV drying like the ones in the salon, it's just oxygen obviously, it was actually pretty cool. You just put your hand in it (or foot i guess lol) and press down on the bottom which is a huge button and you'll be dry in no time! It doesn't dry it like in seconds or anything and since you have to constantly press down instead of there just being a switch, it feels like longer then it is actually taking. However, it is faster then air drying and you don't have to worry about messing it up! It is called a Totes Portable Nail Dryer and as I mentioned earlier, I got it at Kohls. Since, i purchased this so long ago, I honestly don't remember the price. But it was pretty reasonable, I think it was somwhere in between $10-$15 and if you use it enough then it is definitely worth the price. Although there are some cons to the portable nail dryer, I think it is super handy and comes to good use a lot. This is actually out of stock in Kohls, they don't sell it anymore. However if you are interested in buying one just look up 'totes portable nail dryer' on google and click on an amazon or ebay link and there is some for sale! Thank you for reading, what do you think about this portable nail dryer??
Hey guys heres a small nail polish haul. I stopped into Urban Outfitter's with my friends while shopping and picked up two polishes.
The first one I saw was 'AFTERHOURS' which as you can see is just pure sparkles. It was such a gorgeous polish and I knew that I wanted to buy it.
The price was $5. But, they were having a deal 2 polishes for $8. So I decided to invest in another polish.
I got
'SMUSH' which you can't really tell in the picture but it's a very pretty light green, like a mint. So I got both polishes for $8 which I think is a pretty good deal if the quality is good!
I should be posting some NOTD with these two shades within the next week so look out for them! What do you think of my haul?
Hey guys! I recently went shopping with my friends and got a few things. I got these items at Forever 21 and Amsterdam.
I was first shopping at Forever 21, and found this cute brown top. I decided to get it and it was $15. As you can see in the second picture, the shirt is a bit see through so I knew that I needed to buy something to wear under it. Since I don't have any brown bandeau's, I
needed to look around. But, they don't sell the at Forever 21 so I decided that I would pick one up as I continued to shop.
We stopped in this cute little store called Amsterdam, which I had never heard of before. They had some really cute clothes and for great prices!! Unfortunately, they didn't have any brown bandeau's but they did have them in other colors. When I saw that they were only $4 each, I knew I was definitely going to pick one up since they are usually like $8. I got one in beige to go under my new shirt and also got a white one since I needed one anyway.
Thanks for reading:) What do you think of my haul?
Hey guys! I got this lovely pillow pet as a gift from my best friend! She recently vacationed in Florida and brought this home for me as a souvenir. This was such a nice gift and so generous of my friend!
It is, of coarse, Mickey Mouse. Which I didn't even know that they made these! At first I thought it was just like a knock off brand by Disney since the tag says 'Disney Parks' but then I later
found out that these are on the official Pillow Pet website. They retail for $30. These particular ones are actually larger then the original ones for some reason. It is just as soft and cuddley though haha! They also make them in other Disney characters such as Minnie, Tigger, Simba, Kermit, Lightning Mcqueen, Tow Mater, and more! My only complaint is that the big ears get in the way sometime haha but it doesn't take that long to get comfortable around them.
I would recommend these for a great gift for all ages! I love mine!! What do you think of my pillow pet?
Hey guys! I bought this "Biggest Loser The Workout Power Sculpt DVD" the longest time ago in Target with my mom! We are fans of the TV show and decided to give it a try and see what it was like. I honestly don't remember the price because it was such a long time ago but i believe it was around $10, maybe a little less. Anyways, we never wound up using it. However, I found it the other day and
decided to give it a go! The whole point of the DVD is that you work out like everyday 6 weeks straight with it, every exercise is a half hour total and by the end of the 6 weeks you are supposedly suppose to loose weight. And if you are familiar with the show, the three trainers, Jillian, Kim, and Bob are the ones telling you what to do, haha! So you start off the exercise with a warm up which is basically just getting your body ready for the activity's and a bit of stretching so you don't pull a muscle. You do the warm up for 5 minutes. Then you do 25 minutes of the actually exercise. Which unfortunately, I did not get to get the full experience of because almost all of the activities required weights which I do not have. After you finish that, you do a short finishing exercise which is basically stretching it out and conditioning for another 5 minutes. Then you are done for the day then do the same tomorrow. The activities get progressively harder as the weeks go by. Since I don't have weights around my house, the DVD was basically useless for me. However, I think once I purchase them the exercises are actually going to work because they seemed pretty good to me! I actually think this has potential to work. But, make sure if you are planning to buy this DVD then you have to have weights or else the exercises will be useless. I would recommend this though because I definitely think it would burn calories, reduce fat, and build muscle after a while of using it!! Thank you for reading, what do you think of my purchase?
