Hi everybody, this is a Sally Hansen Insta-Dri nail polish in the colour "raspberry race". Its a very pretty pinkish-toned purple that I think it sooo pretty and fun and perfect for spring! :) Of course, it dries pretty fast, and something I love about the Insta-Dri line is that the polishes come out so pigmented and perfect in just one coat! I love it! In the picture I
put on two coats, but I believe you could get away with just one. The brushes on these polishes are the nice flat, rounded tip ones that can be very easy to work with. I only have a couple of polishes from the insta-dri collection but I love them :)
Do you like the insta-dri polishes?

This polish is from the sally hansen complete salon manicure line which retails for around $7 at any drugstore. This is a little bit pricey for a drugstore brand but trust me, its totally worth it! I got this color back in the summer because i was craving something that was a little bit of an off-red for my toes and I fell in LOVE with this color- Kook-a-Mango. Its a very
pretty orangish-reddy color that was exactly what I was looking for. I wore it on my toes all summer I loved it so much. Its a really perfect more orange-than-red color than I really love, and I'm not all that into reds or similar colors for my nails most of the time, I don't know why because reds are SO pretty on nails! Anyway, this polish is perfect and the best part is that I can get away with only one coat (but i usually go for two just because i feel it looks more 'done') and it lasts such a long time. I'm a huge fan of this sally hansen polish line and I will be purchasing more in the future. Love it :)
what are your fave colors from this line?

A while back I was shopping and I saw color clubs 'wicked sweet' collection and decided that I needed it in my life. Wicked Sweet was Color Clubs summer collection and it featured seven brightly colored polishes. Something cool about this collection though, is that all seven of the polishes have fruity scents when they are dry :) This one, is Yum Gum, and as you probably
guessed it based on the color and the name, it has a bubblegum scent when its dry. I LOOOVE this color. I think it is the most perfect bright barbie pink color you can find and it is very opaque, only needing about two coats. The scent is very bubblegum-y and it has that generic scent as any other scented bubble gum item would have. Its very strong to the point where I almost don't like the smell, which kind of sucks when its on my nails for a long period of time. But the scent isnt enough to keep me away from the polish- i love the bright bubblegum pink color of it!

I used to not care for revlon polishes because I thought they were too runny and not opaque. Since then, though, I have grown to like it a lot despite how runny a few of polishes I have from them are. This polish is from Revlons "Top Speed" Nail polish line, which is basically revlons quick drying polishes. I got the color in cloud because it was the perfect lilac-y
color I was looking for. Its just a very pretty lilac color that has very faint hints of grey-ish. Its a very pretty pastel and it has become one of my favourite polishes for spring, and even into the summer time. It goes on very smooth and is completely opaque and pretty in just one or two coats. I think it does dry a little bit quicker than some other polishes I own, and I think it helps that you don't need very many coats. On top of the quick drying, and pretty color, it also only cost around $3! The perfect purple pastel for anyone who is looking for one :)

So, for the LONGEST time, I have admired cheetah print nail art of any kind, but for some reason, I never tried to do it on myself. I have always thought it looked SOO cool and very fun, but I never took the time to test it out. Well, the other day I was browsing through china glazes website and I saw a photo of cheetah print nails and I decided I HAD to try it out, and this was the final result
:) Remember, this is my first go at it, so don't be too harsh ;) Overall, I think I did okay, and I will know what I can do better for next time, but I really like how bright and fun it is! For the base color, I used two coats of China Glazes "Flip flop fantasy" (Which I am IN LOVE with!) and The Green Spots I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Hard as Nails in "Green With Envy" ; the yellow spots I used China Glazes "Lemon Fizz" and for the blue I went with Color Clubs "Take Me to Your Chateau" (which I am also IN LOVE with! hehe) Then I just used a Sally Hansen Black polish to outline the spots. I think it looks very bright, and I LOVE cheetah print nails, so I think its something everyone should try at least once. (Especially in the summer when bright fun colors are in!) What do you guys think?

Hi everybody :)
So today I thought I would do a review on a polish I have heard a lot of hype on through the youtube community mostly. Its an essie polish (that is available at wal-mart) for around 8$. That may be a bit pricey to some people but I really love essie so i think its worth it :) Turquoise & Caicos is this amazing turquoise color that is quite similar to china glaze's 'for audrey'.
Essies Turquoise & Caicos is a little more green and china glaze's for audrey is a little more blue. That being said if you have one you don't need the other because they are very very similar! This polish needs at least two or three coats to be opaque, and its a perfect summery, fun color that i am obsessed with! I love having it on my fingers and toes :)

So only a few days ago did i really give gradient nails a shot. Before that, I was just too lazy to read up on how to get gradient nails. There are tons of techniques online, and you just kind of have to test and try them until you find one that works for you. I found one which i liked, and I thought i would explain how I got it.
SELECT TWO NAIL POLISHES, one should be a creme
polish, the other should be a shimmery/glittery clearish polish that builds up color as you add more coats. For my nails, I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Sun kissed for my creme polish which is just a creme orange, and Color Clubs turn the other chic for the shimmery color that builds.
STEP ONE : of course, prepare you nails, make sure they are clean, cut, filed, and if wanted, have a top coat on.
STEP TWO : take your creme polish and put it on your nails as if you were doing french tips, putting the polish only on your tips. Don't worry if it isnt an even or straight line, it doesnt matter too much.
STEP THREE : take your other polish and put it on about 90% of your nail
STEP FOUR : take the same polish and put on another coat, this time only doing about 75% of your nail
STEP FIVE : do the same as the step above, only, putting the polish on about 50% of your nail
STEP SIX: repeat step five, this time on 25% of your nail
STEP SEVEN: same as above, but this time just on the tip.
i tried different polish combinations before i found one that worked well, so if it doesnt work perfectly for you the first time, play around with it. :)
So, Do you like gradient nails?

Hey guys, so today on my nails I wanted something fun and flashy. So I decided I would go with a silver chromey looking color from China Glaze (From their past Christmas collection, I'm not too sure what it was called, I can't remember at this moment haha) The silver color is called Cheers to you, and it only took me one coat to get the gorgeous silver. The Sparkly top coat
I put on top is a Color from Color Clubs pardon my french collection, and its called Si Vous Please. Its a white based sparkle, with green and pink, some orangey, a little rainbowy sparkle polish. I think these two look really fun together and I got a bunch of compliments on my nails today :)
Whats on your nails?~

Hey guys, so today I wanted to do something different with my nails, but I just didn't know what. I literally painted my nails probably four times before I decided I wanted to try and do the "gradient" nail style (for the first time.) Before now, I never really wanted to take the time to see how to do the gradient
nail effect but to my surprise it was really, really easy! There is so many ways you can try to do the gradient effect, all of which are pretty easy. I tried five different combinations and I decided this orange duo looked the best! I'm thinking I'll do a short tutorial on the technique I used, but for this post I'm just showing whats on my nails today :) I used Sally Hansen X-treme wear polish in sunkissed, and color club in turn the other chic. I really am happy with the outcome! I think for my first time, I did pretty okay, not the best, but im sure ill get better. Do you like the gradient nail polish effect? :)

Okay so when I first got a look at China Glaze's Anchors Away collection, I fell in love with all the beautiful colors. I picked a few up, and Knotty was one of them. I have been wanting a variety of nudes, and this polish seemed to kind of fit that bill so I thought I would give it a try. Its a tanish kind of sand colored nude, there isnt any peachy tones or anything (so,
honestly its not really the right kind of nude for my skin tone) but it sure is pretty. It has white colored kind of flecks in it which makes it stand out from any other nude Ive seen, and that gives it an almost pearly shine on. This polish is somewhat sheer, in this photo I have on three coats, with one coat it almost seems like it would be pretty over something else. Its definatly a unique polish to my collection, and Im happy I picked it up! What do you think?
