The eagerly waited jailbreak is here!
Users of iDevices have recently update to ios6 and/or its latest version,6.1, while other waited for a jailbreak that seemed like it would never seen the light of the day - im one of those.
Now i can finally update my iPhone 4 to iOS 6.1 because i know that i can jailbreak it. Evasi0n released today ( it was supposed to be yesterday actually but there was
a delay) a tool for windows/mac/linux that lets you jailbreak your iDevice that runs 6.1 and get all the tweaks and freedom on that the iPhone deserves.
If you want to jailbreak, go over to : http://evasi0n.com/ and download the software for your OS. Beware that this was released like an hour ago, so there are a lot of users trying to download and you might get errors. Just be persistent and keep trying/refreshing and you will get through with your download.
After that you just have to backup your data and open the software and press "jailbreak". Thats it =D Enjoy the iOS6 with jailbreak.
Do you have an iphone or you have other device?
Do you use jailbreak?

If there is something comfortable for me during winter when you stay home is to have a hot water bag to keep me warm, especially when im watching tv or go to bed.
My house is super cold and so i use this kind of things daily, but sometimes its a pain to go put the water boiling and a lot of times i forgot about, which is not good =X
So my mom found these electric hot water bags and they are
awesome! They come with that power cord you see and you just have to plug it in and leave to warm for 10 minutes, then the red LED will turn off telling you that you can plug it off and use it.
The even better news? They are around 7$! Now thats a good deal in my book.
But there is downside : the pattern. Most of the patterns are a bit girly. At the time, this one was the one that was less girly, and i still find it a bit more girly but to be honest i don't even care, i just care that it does its job nicely and it does.
Also, sorry for the bad quality pics but the lighting isn't the best, especially close to the ground and i didn't want to use flash because i think it would look to bright since they are more close up pictures.
Do you use hot water bags?
Do you have one like this also?

My birthday was actually a couple of months ago (October, so it was a bit ago) but since i have been able to post at the time, here it goes.
I really like watches, ever since i was a kid and i actually used to have a small collection, but i lost some of them :( since people know i like watches, i got not one, but two watches =D
Both of those were gifts from friends, the swatch one - which i
had been eyeing before but never bought- was a gift from a great childhood friend; the other one was a gift from college friends, that also got me a card and a scarf.
I have some more watches but these two watches are now the watches i use the most.
Are you into watches also?
What do you think of these?

I have been on a dessert making kick lately lol and i have been wanting to make/have this chocolate cake for sometime. Its called "brigadeiro" cake and the original recipe is Brazilian, but its basically a chocolate cake covered and filled with a chocolate cream made with condensed milk and chocolate.
This turned out so good, but a bit different than what i expected and had before to be
honest. The chocolate cream was good but i was hoping to taste the condensed milk a bit more.
Still, it was very good and everybody liked it. The downside, the cream takes forever to make because it needs to be thick, so i don't think i will be doing this again soon lol
Have you had chocolate cake lately?

iPhones are not just for calls, text, pics and fancy apps, so If you have an iphone you can make it a robot and create Romo.
Romo is a the new generation of iphone robots that was born from kickstarter and its easy to use: you plug the phone into the robot dock with wheels and download the app to control it and make it "romo".
Don't expect the Romo to make you coffee or go buy your
grocieries because the robot is more like a pet, with a cute face/expressions and it will interact with you in a adorable way(this is the pitching point of the makers).
The new romo is still on kickstarter to gather funds and make it into production but it seems to be somewhat popular and it will most likely see the light of the day.
What do you think of the iphone robot?
Would you get one of these?

A new dad came up with a new baby carriage that is not like your average baby carriage, its more like a baby cart. Colin Furze came up with a new baby car but wanted to not only take the "effort" of pushing the cart, but also being able to go for a drive while walking his son outside, so he built this futuristic looking carriage.
This crazy baby carriage has a 125cc engine, 4 gears and it can
go up to 50mph, so its pretty much a scooter in form of a baby carriage lol He also changed the baby "seat"(im sorry, im lacking a better/proper name for it) so the speed and wind doesn't affect the baby.
Now you probably already picking up the phone and calling child services but you don't need to. He did this for fun for himself and he didnt actually put the baby on it and went for a (fast) stroll.
Check out the video to see the super quick baby carriage.
What do you think of this baby carriage? Do you think is a good idea to apply to other carriages?
Would you put your baby on this?

When it comes to fitness and overall health, having your calories in mind and counting is very important if you trying to lose, gain or maintain or weight.
If you want to lose you need to eat less calories that what you need, if you want gain you eat more and to mantain you eat calories around that amount - see this post i made that explains it better :
http://www.luuux.com/food/weight-loss-and-healthy-eating?blog_id=75282
But counting calories could seem a bit complicated and overwhelming, but not anymore if you use some of the free tools available and i will share you with some websites and apps that work perfectly:
- Lose it (app&website) - This website has also an app that is very useful, giving you a nice interface with good graphics of your process and it even calculates the calories you need.
- Sparkpeople - This is a great website and a very popular one and you have not only the calories tracking tools but also a great support system with a forum that has users to help you.
- My Fitness Pal - This website, that i believe it also has an app, is also a popular one that will make it easier to track your calories.
- Livestrong - This is a fitness and health website that i really like from the Lance Amstrong foundation with great articles to help you with exercise and diet but also with tool that allows you to calculate and track your calories.
There are some more and apps even for your phone but these are just a few i remembered and tried but they pretty much do the same, which is tracking your calories and making everything organized so you will have a easier time counting them and it will get easier and easier to track them in time.
Very important is to have in mind the portions and what you are eating and this picture really shows that because it is a small piece of food but yet it has more calories than probably your meal "allowance", so have in mind what you eat ( that doesn't mean some cake is forbidden, that would make life sad lol just have it like once a week).
Do you count calories?
Have you used any of these websites/services (for calorie counting or even just for info?

If you wish to cuddle with some stranger you can in Japan now.
Japan's first "cuddling cafe" just opened and its not your typical coffee place and i think people won't be going there to get some coffee.
The bar is called " Soineya" and the concept of this cafe in Japan is that depending on how much you pay you can cuddle with a lady and different types of cuddling, like petting a girl on the
head(i lol'd at this one) have different prices and it go for something like 75$ =X
The cafe is also looking for more girls to "work" there and i also thought the job announcement was hilarious because they wrote "sleeping" as the job description lol
This is just a strange concept and even though i like to read/see different concepts, this one is really strange. I don't know who would pay to cuddle with a stranger but there is probably a market for that also otherwise they wouldn't open the cafe.
What do you think of the cuddling cafe?
Would you consider going to this cafe?
