Lush Out of this World Gift Set (12.95 for a bath bomb and soap) is described as a gift set that sends the recipient into space with the refreshing blackcurrant and grapefruit scents of Space Girl and settles you in among the stars with a star-shaped chunk of Rock Star, the sweet vanilla cream hand
and body soap. Perfect for stargazers, day dreamers and Bowie fans alike.
This was my first purchase ever from Lush, I was so overwhelmed when I went into the store there were so many things I wanted to try, but we were in a rush, but I wanted to get something, so this small gift set caught my eye and I decided to give it a try, and I loved how it smelt so I picked it up and bought it on the spot!
The soap is shaped like a star, hence out of this world theme, I have still yet to use it since I have had this set, which has been a few weeks, because I had been wanting to do a post or video about it, so it has melted a little bit from sitting in the box, but is has not affected the soap at all. The scent is the same scent as the rock star soap ( which is a bestseller) which smells like vanilla which is probably my favorite simple scent, because it's just so classic and smells so yummy and sweet! The texture is also very moisturizing when I picked it up it was so smooth, and moisturizing!
This gift set also came with the Space Girl Bath Bomb, smells like grapefruit, which I was unsure how I was going to like that because to me it's kinda like a sour smell, but it's actually really sweet and I love it! It has grapefruit oil which helps to refresh and tone, and it also has popping candy which crackles in the water. If you can see on top it is also loaded with glitter, so after you bathe with this and get all relaxed you may want to shower the glitter off, because it's super glittery!
You can buy both of these products separately if you can't find the gift set, the soap is just the rock star soap which is $7.95 for 3.5 oz, since you can't buy the rock star soap in the shape of the star like it comes in the gift set, and the bath bomb alone for 4.2oz is $4.95. You are not getting any special deal by buying it in the gift set, it just comes packaged pretty, so you are paying the same price if you buy them separately.
Overall, I'm impressed and glad I was finally able to try some products from Lush, I really loved the two I picked up and can't wait to go back or order some more things from offline!
What is your favorite Lush Product? Have you tried the two I mentioned? Did you like them? Let me know!
XOXO, Ashley!

Today's Nail of the Day is a gorgeous Periwinkle Matte blue color, perfect for the summer time, and I have been absolutely loving the one glitter nail trend, so I added a bit of glitter to both my ring fingers for a fun touch! I love the way the purple, pink glitter looks over this blue, I wish I would have done
one coat of the glitter polish, but I did two, but it stills looks fun!

Today's post is going to be a Lip of the Day (LOTD), I have not seen many people do this before, so I thought this would be interesting, I really need to get more lipsticks though I only own a very few, but im starting to experiment with them more, and I have been really enjoying them! So today's lip of the day, is my Elf Mineral Lipstick in
Nicely Nude, and my Elf Glossy Gloss is Ballet Slipper.
Nicely Nude, is actually a very nice pale pink color, the name does not really suit the color at all as you can see in the picture, it is a very gorgeous pink color, that looks great on the lips, and the lipgloss in Balet Slipper, is a gorgeous bright pink that I paired over the lipstick! I really like the Elf Mineral Lipsticks, they are very cream and smooth, I have noticed though if you have very cracked lips, like I tend to, a good chapstick must be worn first or exfloiate your lips, because the lipsticks can tend to excentuate the cracks in your lips. The glossy glosses, are just a little sticky, but I always use a chapstick first anytime I wear lipgloss or lipstick!

THIS IS FROM MY PERSONAL BLOG!
Anyways, lately I have actually been more into fashion and putting my outfits together other than a t-shirt and jeans or shorts! I bought this high waisted skirt from forever21 like 2 months ago, and pulled it out today and it still had the tag on it, and I knew I needed to wear it finally. I have never been a huge fan of high waisted skirts, but I really liked
this one so I bought it, and I actually really like the way it fits and how it looks!
This outfit sort of has the nautical theme with the white and blue effect, which I never thought I could pull of either (let's just say I don't think I can pull of a lot of things, because I'm too sacred to try, but I'm coming out of my comfort zone!)
My dark blue shirt is from Old Navy from a few years ago, and I really love it tucked into the skirt, which is from forever21, I only brought it 2 months ago, so it may still be in stores or online, I think it was $17.80, my necklace is the Diamond Leaf necklace from Jewel Mint, not sure if they are still selling this one, and I actually didn't pick out shoes yet, so IDK haha!
Heey ! I am new to lux ! Add me or follow me?

I love the philosophy hope in a jar moisturizer, on the sephora website the hope tinted moisturizer has just been released. On the website it says its just as moisturizing as the hope in a jar, but it can add a tint to the skin, so you dont have to cake on makeup, and this will be just fine, and really moisturized. Its priced at $38
