Julep "Boris & Nicole" October Maven Box

I couldn't wait to try ”Boris & Nicole nail polish. As much as I was loving Elf-target “ python” no name polish I had to take it off. Mainly because we are in October and well this month we celebrate Halloween. Do you have your Halloween costume yet? Items used: Mary Kay Base/Top coat Julep Boris & Nicole I only needed two coats to fully value this color. In the light I see it more orange while in the shade it see it more of a reddish golden color. To me it reminds me of fall leaves what do you think??? Julep Glow in the Dark Polish

Apart from the October box you also have the option of adding on nail polish..Like that a good idea in my case. (Definitely a bad idea) Sophia I decided to add it mainly because it glows in the dark!! I know I got suckered in but come on you can’t tell me you can’t see this as a great Halloween party nail color. I haven’t dressed up in a few years but I think I might this year. O’ boy I can just picture my fiancé rolling his eyes when I tell him we have to go costume shopping!! Now when I first opened the box I was like shinny green?? Really?? But the more I looked at it I thought of Frankenstein haha picture him all shinny and glowing in the dark. I have yet to try it, Can’t wait!!! Want to join Julep?? I knew I wanted the box but I had to switch My traditional It girl box. I already own enough crackle polishes so I decided to get a box that did not have them. NOTM: "Python"

When can I go into target and not buy anything beauty related? Apparently never, yet for some odd reason I did not realize E.l.f. had released a Fall 2012 Python Collection Target Exclusive. When I picked up this polish there were hardly any other items on the stands. I had to look this up but they had nail files, makeup palettes. I seriously am wondering where was I this whole time(Must have been under a rock or something?? Lol..) Items used: Mary Kay Base/Toap coat E.l.f. Python nail polish (no name!) Like I mentioned in my last post the Elf polishes have no name. I find it to be like a taupe/grayish matte color which I’m really liking! Def a Fall Shade, I actually have a confession, A while back I had ordered some e.l.f polishes and was completely disappointed in them. So when, I bought this shade I didn’t have high expectations. eXtremly Tiny Beauty Haul

After picking up my candles I went over to the beauty aisles ( Because it would be a crime if wouldn’t!) I didn’t see much and I wanted to pick up the Revlon primer sadly it was sold out. Fellow luuxers have reviewed it (Mica G) and It seems like a good drugstore primer to have. I picked up: St. Ives Apricot Scrub I’m running low on my Quen helene mask and wanted to try something else. It was on sale so I decided to pick it up Price: $3.04 ELF Nail polish in Oh man has no name!!! Apparently this is a Target Exclusive. I will have to swatch this later on tonight to show you guys!!! Failed Attempt at Chevron Nails

This is my failed Attempt at Chevron Nails. I had seen many post on IG and decided to give it a shot, it’s not that bad but I did not like the outcome. Maybe I need a new white polish it’s the color that bugged me the most. I’m going to probably retry it using different colors or just the black and silver. Since I wasn’t too happy with them I took them off after an hour. My fiancé suggested that I had lost it, lol.. Hey but if you don’t like something why leave it on right?? Items used: Salley Hansen white nail polish Black nail art polish Juleps Silver “Harley” (Aug it girl box) Mary Kay Top/Base Coat What do you guys think? Have you tried Chevron nails???
