hey you guys if you haven't noticed there's a new weight training craze... it called the shakeweight. i think it looks superrrrr wierd. i give props to whoever thought of the idea and the person who had the balls to mmanufacture it. it j look wrong! i mean i am a 15 year old boy but still it does look wrong am i right? what do you guys think of the shake weight hit or miss?
This apple dip has been made for me by my mom ever since I can remember. it lifts my spirits when I am down, I hope it can do the same for you.
Ingredients:
16 ounces softened cream cheese
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Procedure:
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy,
add confectioners sugar slowly, then add orange juice and vanilla. chill for about 50 minutes cut up apples and serve as dip.
