Her name is Dakota Rose, a teen from USA. Isnt she pretty? She's been pretty popular in Asia especially in Japan, China & Korea. TV shows dub her as a living doll because of her facial structure, big doe eyes and lips. I used to see her before in random online stuffs because she used to be an 'internet celebrity'. She wore emo stuffs and all that but now, she has grown up! Look at how mature she
is.
An easy tutorial on how to achieve a modern barbie makeup look.
1. Start off with great skin. I used a bit of concealer under my eyes with Maybelline Studio Stick in Medium Beige.
2. I then sealed it with powder using Fanny Serrano Two Way Cake in Organza. It's a MAC Studio Fix Dupe!
3. Using a MAC Studio Fix Powder + Foundation in NC15, I applied it on my whole lid to make it brighter.
4.
Then, with a NYX Eye/Brow Pencil in Brown, I lined my crease and blended it. I also created a deeper lashline by making an allowance, thus, making my eye look a bit bigger.
5. Add NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk to the inner corners and blend.
6. For more contrast, I applied a darker brown pencil over the brown.
7. Apply mascara. I used Maybelline Lash Stiletto Mascara
8. Put on a bright pink blush. MAC Fleur Power.
9. Lastly, take a bright pink lipstick and apply all over. If you want a more plump-looking lips, apply a lighter lipstick in the center of your lips.

The Make Up For Ever La Boheme Event last January 28 was a success. The company invited makeup artists and some of the beauty bloggers, including me hehe, to witness the La Boheme launch. There were quite a lot of people who came but it wasn't too crowded either. I have to say I like it that way, that it became serene & exclusive for those who came.
The event was started by a short video on
how the current collection was created. If I remember correctly, Dany Sanz, the founder of Make Up For Ever, wanted to reinvent the style of the ladies during the 70's. But she also wanted to make it modern and have more freedom which explains why the eyeshadow palette is in a baked formula and not to mention it is in fun pearly colors which you can utilize from day to night.
Yuki Geraldo, the makeup artist from MUFE, likes to put it damp with the Mist & Fix Spray in order to have more color vibrance. Now, not only is the eyeshadow palette just an eyeshadow! Yuki added some glow to the model's face by using the lightest color and sweeping it on the cheekbones. And instead of the usual black liner, Lagoon Green along with Aqua Eyes in a gorgeous matte black-brown surrounded the eyes.
Here's a little preview of the collection. Lucky me! I got the palette from Make Up For Ever and a rouge artist lipstick to keep. I can't wait to have a review about it. Can you wait until my next video? I am so excited that I knew I had to include the palette on my makeup tutorials on YouTube!
A big big thanks to Ms. Sarah Ambrocio from Make Up For Ever for the kit! You may visit their store at B8 Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig or at Shangri-La Mall.

I recently ventured into making makeup tutorials on YouTube. Here's my everyday makeup look which I always swear by! Ever since I started being a makeup artist, this is the look I wear when Im in action. There's basically just about four to five products I used in this video. You just need a brown eyeliner, your fave lipstick and blush! :)
I think it's perfect for anyone who's always in a
hurry like me. You can do this under five minutes! But sometimes, it would take me longer to do this because I like layering and layering, so that it stays.
Ive been out of blogging here at luuux for a while. About a few months ago, I started my own blog on another networking site. It's been only two months, and I am simply glad that it has become a habit to update my blog every now and then because Im getting followers from everywhere. I don't really know how they knew about it, some people would even message me just to say how they like my blog and
the way I work on makeup. Oh, by the way, if you dont know yet, Im a freelance professional makeup artist.

In behalf of my appetite, I would like to share this picture I took days ago. Aren't they cute? These doughnuts were made by my college schoolmates. Last week, they were selling macaroni, palabok, and sandwiches. And now, they're selling these very cute doughnuts. All baked and designed by themselves.
It tastes like Country Style's dough actually and it has a pineapple jam filling inside. I
bought the Elmo doughnut and to be honest,I stared at it for a few minutes before eating it. I swear I just can't eat because it looks so good that I only had to stare in my delight.
What are your thoughts? :)
Can you believe this little boy is actually an aeta? Dont know what an aeta is? According to Wikipedia, the Aeta (pronounced as “eye-ta,”), Agta or Ayta are an indigenous people who live in scattered, isolated mountainous parts of Luzon, Philippines. They are considered to be Negritos, who are dark to very dark brown-skinned and tend to have features such as a small stature, small frame, curly
to kinky afro-like textured hair with a higher frequency of naturally lighter hair color (blondism) relative to the general population, small nose, and dark brown eyes. They are thought to be among the earliest inhabitants of the Philippines, preceding the Austronesian migrations.
And from what I know, they have their own language and it's a surprise he knows how to pronounce the universal language well. Would love the video so much if he was wearing their tribal costume though.
Who has an iMac? I can't believe we're finally getting an iMac tomorrow! My brother is going to buy it,he was supposed to only buy the Mac Mini but his computer which he had used from college up to now (that's about 9-10 years) just crashed. It doesnt work anymore. Usually, when it won't turn on,he's the one fixing it ( he studied computer science so that means he knows all these technical
stuffs). And as Ive grown up,Ive seen him fixing it for like about 5 times?
Ive heard the iMac is a really powerful computer. And it is less prone to viruses. It is faster. The screen resolution is superb. And everything else is just plain better than PC. Am I right? Im going to find out soon!
Although I do have my own laptop,I recently ( I mean we,cause my sister doesnt use her laptop anymore until now) use my bros desktop computer because its faster than mine and the internet is directly connected. We dont have wifi anymore but will soon fix it. Ill probably use the iMac too or maybe just get a MacBook. Lol kidding.
Hi fellow luuuxers! Id just like to share this picture I took about a week ago. As usual I had nothing to do at home so I decided to practice my makeup skills. I was trying out this local (and cheap!) foundation/concealer that I recently bought and just wanted to give my 88 eyeshadow palette a visit.
Because Ive never ever considered putting red on my lids,I decided to give it a try. You may
not clearly see it in the picture as I am looking forward but when I do look down, its more noticeable though at times it may look like fuschia pink.
I,then smudged my fave Etude black eyeshadow and gave me some smokey eyes. Curled, mascara, and then some concealer on the lips and voila!
What can you say? :)
We all get bored with the oh-so-perfect youtube guru's who seem so serious and cant even smile. That's not the case with these girls who are the ones who puts a smile and shows us how to apply makeup on our faces.

Not only are they funny, they are also really great with all the makeup. I personally watch them myself and to me,they
are the most entertaining. Of course my list is very short and I am yet to add another one on my list. Do you have other suggestions?
