Getting ready for the fall. Finally got this pink blazer in the mail today... This second photo is not mine, I found it in the source link below. I really liked how she wore it and just wanted to give you an idea of how it would look on... Isn't this color to die for? Eat your heart out barbie!
This is something I whipped up for my husband this morning. Just thought I'd post a blog since I'm always cooking and whats more fun then to admire food that looks appealing. So there you have it, good ol' spicy pork patty and fried egg on a flaky buttery biscuit smothered with grape jelly. Doesn't that just make your mouth water?
Easy, great tasting tuna coated with sesame seeds, and quickly seared. This tuna is served rare, so be sure to use a good quality fresh tuna.
Tuna Steak Ingredients:
1st coating
-1 minced garlic
-1 tsp of light soy sauce
-1 tsp of sesame oil
-1 wedge of lemon or lime
2nd coating
-Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly
-Black and White sesame seeds
.....For my salad I like to use a
spring salad mix with chopped avacados and just about 1 tbsp of Newman's sesame ginger salad dressing.
This is just the way I like my salad but you can do whatever you want to your liking. Enjoy!

Review on Mama Oriental Style Instant Noodles Shrimp Creamy Tom Yum Flavour.
The soup flavor was commendable. I give the spice level about a 6.5 out of 10, with just the right amount of heat. Also has a tangy hint of lime taste, which I personally love bc I on regular noodles I have to add my own lime. My taste buds seems go for a spicy and sour liking. For the noodles, I lost interest in fully enjoying my meal bc of it. I guess you could say the noodles were a bit tough and yes, I did cook the noodles until they were well done. So overall I would rate this a 3 out of 5.
The first time I tried IN-N-OUT burger was in California and omg... it was love. A few months ago it was annouced that our first location in Texas was open in Allen, and on the news there was a woman crying over IN-N-OUT burger opening. (Check it out on the source link below if your curious.) I couldn't help it but to laugh. Just about week ago a new location near by opened and what do you know,
I was there in a throbbing moment. I know this is unacceptable for my diet but I would happily be glad to burn off the extra calories for something as tummy pleasing as IN-N-OUT burger. Wouldn't you?
To all the sushi lovers out there, a few pictures from our sushi day...
1. Rainbow handrolls. These handrolls all have the same ingredients in them only difference is the wrap. You can find these assorted wraps mainly at a Korean market.
2. I like to call this the dragon roll, mainly bc its a knock off of one of my favorite rolls at local sushi bar.
3. I don't know whats up with me and
these volcano rolls, but I have this thing where anytime I go to a new sushi bar I ALWAYS have to test the volcano roll there. That being said, is the reason for this creation. Bc it ain't sushi day, without a volcano roll.
4. Crunchy roll, this would have to be the most hard labor to make but the tastiest!
5. Tuna tower, this is a fan favorite. I know at the restaurant they like to add rice to the tower, but I prefer without and serve with rice cracker instead.
Every now and then I like to take the camera out and take a few snap shots of Knox (my first born and only son) and this is what he gives me. LOL! As many other parents would say, and I quote... "Kids, they do the darnest things"... BTW he gets this from his daddy.
One of my best friends is getting married Memorial weekend of 2012. I know its a long way from now, but I was thinking about doing my hair this way. Actually, I have to try to talk our bride into choosing this style for us bridesmaids since she wants all of our hair the exact same way.
