Jersey Shore's star JWoww was photographed recently and actually looks demure. I know, I had to blink a few times to make sure it was really her. I think her body looks so much better dressed in these clothing as opposed to her shirts or lack there of. I love this sweater and I would definitely wear it, which is something I thought I'd never say. Props to her and I hope she continues this class
act.
The newly pregnant Natalie Portman is amazingly beautiful and she is the face of the new Dior Perfume. I love this ad and she looks pretty, and the bow headband is a perfect touch for this ad. I am interested to see what this perfume smells like. Has anyone smelt it or tried it?
I am feigning for Red Velvet Cheesecake from the notorious Cheesecake Factory. For those who haven't tried it, my question to you is what are you waiting for? It is one of the most amazing things I have ever tasted. Yes, it is bad for you but who cares? Anything is good in moderation and life is too short to deny yourself.
I found this cute winter outfit on google and I must say I love this outfit. I am obsessed with infinity scarves and think they are a very innovative take on a classic wardrobe staple, they also are functional which is always rare in fashion. I love this green militaryesque jacket with faux fur and it looks warm. Crossbody bags are a must-have and are great for city traveling, plus a bonus is you
can carry more shopping bags. The shoes I saved for last because they are by far my favorite part of the outfit. I love booties and especially ones with sheering, so adorable. Hope you like this look just as much as I do :)
I absolutely adore Rachel McAdam's and think she is one of the most flawless and talented women in Hollywood. She is always classy and I am jealous that she looks good in any hair color including pink. I think she is always dressed exceptional and reminds me an old Hollywood starlet. This post makes me want to watch the Notebook and Mean Girls.
I love baking but sometimes it is a little strenuous which is why I love trifle recipes. They are always easy to put together and I found this strawberry-sugar biscuit trifle from Southern Living.com. These are perfect for summer bbq's and are just an overall fun and easy desert. The recipe is as follows:
Ingredients
* Sugar Biscuits
* 6 tablespoons orange liqueur or orange
juice, divided
* 2 1/2 pounds strawberries, halved
* Trifle Custard
* 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
* 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
* Garnishes: strawberries, mint leaves
Preparation
Cut Sugar Biscuits in half; brush cut sides evenly with 5 tablespoons orange liqueur.
Line bottom of a 4-quart bowl or trifle bowl with eight Sugar Biscuit halves. Arrange strawberry halves around lower edge of bowl. Spoon one-third of Trifle Custard evenly over Sugar Biscuit halves; top with one-third of remaining strawberry halves. Repeat layers twice, ending with strawberry layer. Drizzle remaining orange liqueur evenly over top. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Spread over trifle; serve immediately. Garnish, if desired.
Here we have Taylor Swift vs. Alessandra Ambrosio wearing Wildfox Couture. I love love love this sweatshirt and think it is so chic yet looks ultra comfy. Both ladies paired this shirt with super tight skinny jeans yet Taylor went for a more casual look with flat boots, and adorable side braid, while Alessandra opted for a dressed up look pairing her look with pumps. I of course favor any outfit
with heels so I'm going to go with Alessandra but honestly i love both. What do you think?
If anyone else is going to be snowed in for what feels like the tenth time this year, give this recipe a shot. I love wine and found a recipe for Sandra Lee's spiced version which is a fun twist on the classic drink. This would be fun to drink beside a good friend while watching girly movies or romantic cuddled up with your significant other.
* 2 bottles red wine
* 2 tablespoons
light brown sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie seasoning
* 2 oranges, sliced
* 2 cinnamon sticks
* 1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to simmer over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Although I am only twenty-two and don't even own a home yet, I fantasize about having a summer home somewhere like the Hamptons (I know it's an ambitious dream). I would decorate my summer home completely different than my main one, and very similar to this image actually. A lot of white is a must for a summer house and I love the billowy curtains which will blow around with frenzy when the wind
blows. I love the beach and this room captures the ideal look I would want for my potential beach house. Hey, a girl can dream..
As I have stated numerous times before I am a huge fan of winter fashion even though I don't care for the cold temperatures and white fluffy stuff that comes along with it. I was searching for cute outfits on google for inspiration to my own personal style. I came across this and although the outfit doesn't seem all that warm, that's the price you pay for beauty I guess. I love this coat, the
thigh highs, the contrast of the scarf, huge bag, and of course the oxfords! I am definitely going to try to replicate this.
