Tape Mani #2

*images belong to me, do not take Here is part 2 of my tape mani segment.. This is my favorite design.. because it looks and is simple to get. I think the colors I chose go well together as well. Step 1: Paint your nails with any shimmery, holographic, glitter polish Step 2: After your nails dry.. Take a piece of tape and cut it into stripes then place on your nail. as shown above in 3rd photo Step 3: Next, you will paint on top of the tape with any matte/cream color. Anything that is opaque Step 4: carefully take the tape off.. (I prefer to take it off when the polish is still wet) Step 5: wait to completely dry and put a top coat What do you think? *image belongs to me, do not take I have been into trying to come up with Mani. designs using tape =).. For those that have trouble doing nail art because of shaky hands (ex. my friend rache) lol!.. Tape mani's have been around for a long time and the technique is used by everyone. So I decided to do a few posts with different designs =) Step 1: Paint your nails with any dark polish Step 2: After your first choice is completely dry.. take 2 pieces of tape and cover the sides.. forming a V shape in the center of your nails Step 3: Take another piece of take and cut it into stripes.. and place in X's down the nail Step 4: paint over the tape with a silver polish Step 5: carefully take the tape off.. (I prefer to take it off when the polish is still wet) Step 6: wait to completely dry and put a top coat I hope you guys enjoy.. Have you ever tried a tape mani before? Late April MyGlam Bag

♡All-Belle Eyelashes (A2123) -I got some false eyelashes by a taiwanese/chinese brand company. I love wearing false lashes.. they can really change a look. However, these lashes were not bad well. By that i mean.. when you touch it.. it feels like plastic instead of soft how most false lashes should feel. I don't know how much these lashes were but they arent even up to par with the E.L.F $1 lashes (and i love elf lashes).. the glue isnt that great either. ♡DermStore Lip Quench- Moisture Infused Lip Treatment - I really like this product!... It does keep my lips moisturized.. it reminds me a lot of vaseline just in a thicker tube. ♡Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil This is my first UD 24/7 pencil. I love wearing purple eyeliners, I kind of wanted the hot pink one lol.. but im glad i got this one.. its still very wearable. I have so many purple liners already though.. It is creamy and really stays on for a long time! ♡MyGlam eyeshadow and eyeliner brush - We got 2 more brushes from myglam. I already have a good size amount brush set but these are good for those that want to build a brush set. These are not the best quality but they are good. I actually felt that these 2 brushes are better quality than the 1 brush we received (crease brush). We are suppose to be getting 2 more brushes to add to the collection or complete it. I like how these brushes fit my eyelids perfectly =) I am pretty satisfied with my april bag. Everything seems to be deluxe or full sized so it is well worth the $10! I'm really glad that myglam is listening to what their subscribers want. I can't wait for this months bag. Late April Birchbox

*image belongs to me, do not take I finally got the chance to upload the photos from my birchbox. I have to say that I was pretty satisfied with it. In my box: ♡J.R. Watkins Hand and Cuticle Salve- | $7.99 value -The scent is very fresh.. aloe and green tea together will give you that fresh smell =).. It is a balm for your hands and cuticles. It works better when your hands are lightly damp. ♡Alima Pure Organic Nourishing Lipbalm in Rhubarb- | $7 value - It's a tinted lip balm. It gives a very natural flush tone to your lips and is pretty moisturizing. I like to carry it in my purse =) ♡Jurlique Moisture Replenishing Day Cream- | $40 value - This was my least favorite item in the box. I really wanted to like it. Don't get me wrong.. I tested it on the back of my hand and it was really moisturizing but the strong scent from the "rosehip" was not pleasuring at all. If anything it gave me a headache. ♡Wonderstruck Taylor Swift- | $49-59.50 value - I really like the smell from this perfume. I am thinking about purchasing the full size. As soon as i look up some reviews on the lasting power of this perfume. ♡Dropps Laundry Detergent- pack of 20 | $6 - I prefer the tide pods over this. These are noticably smaller than the tide pods.. and you have to use 2 for larger loads. where as I think the tide pods work fine in a single use. Over all I cannot complain about last months bag.. since it's only $10!.. I got some good stuff =).. can't wait for may's box. Riteaid Nail Polish Haul

*images belong to me, do not take I was finally able to pick these up last week =).. Riteaid was having a buy one get one 50% off. I originally went to get the fuschia of faucets and saw the scandalous and figure they are the same or similar .. then i saw the others and had to get them.. I have seen Whimsical on many nail blogs and i could not see what the rave was a bout.. even now that i have it i cant see the huge rave except that its a great dupe for deborah lippmans polish (I dont know the name but her polishes are 18$).. but when i look at the swatch its so pretty! lol.. im weird huh. The small wet and wild color icon one is bow in my presence..
