Review: Lush Rub Rub Rub

Hey Guys!! This is a review long in the waiting, i bought this since christmas of last year but i was away from luuux for about a month or so and never real give doing this review much thought after. I was throwing out some bath stuff when i saw this and decided i have to do a review on it. I really really Dislike this product, i loved it when they did it on my hand in Lush made me skin feel super soft but when i got home and used it it burn my skin seriously every pore on my body felt on fire. I thought maybe i shouldn't use it after i shaved so i tried it again later that week and again it burnt like a bitch. About to give a bit of TMI right now but what the heck, while soaping some of it touch my nipple which will obviously happen and it stung my girls make my screech. I turned to the cold side right away. Safe to say i've never used it on my body again, i do use it however when i'm doing pedicure, it still burns but i figure its just my feet.. What is Rub Rub Rub This is a shower gel with sea salt particles that is good for exfoliating.. PROS -smells amazing -makes skin feel soft CONS - burns my skin too much I've read a few reviews on this and the burning sensations isn't experienced by everyone i guess i just have sensitive skin. My advise to anyone wanting to try this is get a sample first lush is really good on giving samples.. Review:* Aussie Sun Touch Shine Leave-In COnditoner*

Hey Guys. Over last winter i noticed my hair just looking so dull and unhealthy so from March of this year i started to treat my hair like a baby lol.. I stopped with the heat, chopped it off and I'm in the process of growing it out and a cut off all the heat damaged end.. So in either March or April i bought this product along with the 3 min miracle to help me with my hair care "journey".. How to Use I used this after i get out of the shower and my hair is still damp. I spray a generous amount all through my hair and finger comb it through. Pros -Smells amazing -With it being a spray i feel like it gets every strand of my hair. -Makes my hair super shiny, it made my highlights looks amazingly good. - Because it adds shine my hair looks a lot healthier although it not there as yet. -I also think so this and finger combing through helps control my friz although that's not listed as one of the perks of this product. -Hair stay shiny until the next washing -Price $5 CAD Cons -Its really hard to spray -Can not be used on dry or semi dry hair cause it makes you hair super wet after a few sprays. I'm in love with this product, its the only one i have tried that actually helped increase the shine of my hair. It doesn't realy do much for moisture so i can't use this only in my hair as a live in conditioner i need something more. My bottle is almost gone and i'm so repurchasing it when its finish. Simple Day of The Day!!

Hey guys!!! This is just a simple nail design that i wore on the weekend. I had a wedding to go to so i wanted to keep my nails simple and without color. So i did a sheer pink base (Orly's Rose tone) from one of the french manicures set. Added a light pink using a makeup sponge over the entire tip then a silver on the very tips on the nail. The colors aren't showing up in camera as it looks in person but it looks like a really cute different french manicure. I got some compliments on it.. Hope you all had a good weekend. Review: Dermalogica Daily Micro Exfoliant

Hey Guys!!! This is another product i received from my May Luxe Box. (Luxe box is similar to Birchbox where you pay a monthly fee to get deluxe samples) This is the Dermalogica Daily Micro Exfoliant and it retails for $72.. Its a unique Rice-based enzyme powder microfoliates dulling debris and instantly leaves skin noticeably smoother and brighter. Contains no artificial fragrance or color. (http://www.dermalogica.com/ca/html/products/daily-microfoliant-11.html?type=function&cat=exfoliants) How I use it This is a powder base product which is so different from any other exfoliant or cleanser i've used and it was a bit annoying at first then i got the hang of it.. You're suppose to clean face with normal cleanser then add powder to wet hands work into a paste them apply to face in circular motions for about 1 min. I really like using this exfoliant and i'm super happy i got it in my Luxe Box since i would never have tried this otherwise. I've notice a slight appearance in the brightness of my skin. My skin also seems a bit more even and some of my old acne scars are not as noticeable. Pros.. -Really fine mirco powders (can't call it beads because it basically dissolves) so it not harsh on skin - Clean fresh scent (smells like citrus to me) - Leaves skin feeling very soft and smooth -Leaves skin really clean and fresh - Reduces the skin of my pores - Noticed some of my acne scars clearing up. -Didn't break me out. Cons.. -One major con and the only this that preventing me from purchasing this product is the price $72 dollars.. I was shocked when i say the retail price!! $72 dollars i can't in my wildest dreams justify buying a $72 bucks exfoliant.. - It can leave your skin a bit dry but nothing a good moisturiser wouldn't fix. Would i recommend it I would say yes there is nothing wrong with this exfoliant i would say its the best daily exfoliant i have ever tried but the price is one thing i can't wrap my mind around. If any of you can get your hands on a sample i would say go for it, give it a try you have nothing to loose. Disclaimer: Everyone's skin reacts differently to products what works for mine may not work for your's so you should do a ton of research before trying any product. Essie Eternal Optimist!! (on my toes)

Hey Guys!!!! I saw Eternal Optimist on someones haul here on luuux but i can't remember who and i just had to have it but since i'm on my "no buying new polishes" ban i made my friend buy it for me without her knowing i "made" her buy it for me lol that doesn't make any sense. Anyway i love nude colors on my toes on anyone toes to me it makes them look well pedi and sexy :/. Since i got this i've been wearing it like crazy and i've debated where or not to show it to you guys since my toes are well not the best but i decided to show it anyway so please be nice to my toes. Eternal Optimist is a gorgeous nude shade with pink undertones that i love. I'm more for nudes with pink undertones to me it looks better with my skin tone. What do you guys think about this color?? June Luxe Box Opening !!

Hey Guys!! Surprisingly after getting emails from Loose Button saying they can't guarantee if we're going to get out Luxe Box on time cause Canada Post is on strike i came home after being gone all weekend to find my package on the kitchen counter. I was so excited prefect ended to a absolutely amazing weekend. This Luxe box has some pretty good stuff in it so here's the list: Consonant Skincare: Face wash. retails for $18 and it is a pretty good sample size too 50 ml! I've never heard of this brand before but aparently is an organice company will do a post as soon as i get a chance to try it out.. Joico: Colour Therapy Restorative Styling Oil retails for $26 and i got a 0.7 fl oz which is a pretty good sample for me since i don't use a lot of oils in my hair. Laura Mercier Eye Shadow in Sandstorm OMG!!!! when i opened my luxe box and saw this i was freaking out i don't own any Laura Mercier products and to know i got in though Luxe Box for one $10 is amazing. I so don't regret renewing my subscription with them last month. The original Price for a LM shadow is $22 Dermalogica: Shaving cream and Daily scrub This was included since its Father's day soon and they gave this so it can be passed on to a guy. I'll give this to my boyfriend but knowing him and how tiny the tubes are they'll get lost somewhere unless i apply warning with it lol. They also added a chocolate to it but that already in my tummy :0! Hope you enjoy reading this post as much as i enjoy writing it and opening my Luxe Box it like a birthday surprise every month lol. Nail Design of the moment...

Hey guys.. I've been wearing shower together for about 4 days now and it still pretty good so i decided to add a design since i'm still loving the color so just umphed it up a bit.. So i did this kind of "rose" design What i used.. 1. My migi nail art pen in white. 2. Shower together but you can use any base coat you like3.Top Coat. What i did.. 1.Apply base coat and let dry (when starting from scratch mine was dried already). 2. Make a dot for the center of your "rose" then make little swirly lines to represent the petal. It doesn't have to be perfect at all.3. Apply some dots at the opposite tip of your nails for some extra sass. This is prefect when you notice a manicure going a bit south add a cute design and some top coat and it looks all fresh again... Oh i forgot to add, i was going to add some For Audrey for a little bit dimension but i was too lazy so it was left with just one. Hey Guys This will be a review on the Elizabeth Grants Elizabeth Grant's Biocollasis Complex with torricelumn advance cellular Age defense day serum Jesus!!!!! that was a mouth full I got this from my may lux box and i've used it ever since and i must say for using it almost everyday for one month not even 1/4 of the container it gone. Thoughts... 1. I love the little pump the sample container has and when i search elizabeth grant website the actually product comes with a pump2. Really light serum that goes on really smooth and absorbs super fast into my skin. I don't have hyper pigmentation of my face so i don't know if this helps even out the skin tone. Pros in my opinion *Skin feels smooth *Skin feels softier *My skin also feels a bit firmer but i'm not like 100% sure since i still have young skin and it basically firm. Cons *price its $65 bucks * For someone my age this is not going to show any major difference in your skin. I know we should start using anti aging stuff on our face from in our 20s to help delay the appearance of wrinkles but i would not purchase a product so expensive. Olay and Loreal are two of my favourite brands for affordable anti aging products.
