Do I have to sign up to use Luuux?
No, you can browse the site and read all the posts without signing up, but if you want to earn Luuux $, you’ll need to sign up so we can award them to you.
How can I earn Luuux $?
You earn Luuux $ when you interact with the site and the community. This can be through adding content into Luuux, rating or commenting on a post, winning post of the day, week or month, shoplink commissions and more. (See the link here for more details)
Where can I see how much Luuux $ I have earned?
At the bottom of every page is your personal Luuux $ balance. You can also see your account balance in the Account area of your profile.
What can I spend Luuux $ on?
Luuux $ can be spent on items in the Luuux shop or donated to your favorite charity.
How can I spend my Luuux $ ?
We have a great selection of items ranging from top end gadgets to this seasons must have fashion accessories available in the shop. We also have exclusive vintage pieces on offer, but hurry! you'll need to be quick to get these items.
How can I control who sees information about me and my profile?
Go to your My Pages and look in the Privacy Settings. You have a public page and a private page for just your friends. You can control all of your activity on the site and choose who can see information from your profile.
How do I share my comments and posts on other networks like FaceBook, mySpace & Twitter?

Does Luuux store my login information to other Networks like Facebook, mySpace and Twitter?
No. When you connect Luuux to a social network, we send you to the social network’s site to log-in. Once you have been verified at FaceBook, mySpace or Twitter, they then give us a security token that verifies who you are.

Click the link “Forgot Password” next to the Log In button so we can send you an email to help you get logged back in.
Can I change my user name at Luuux?
No. Its not possible at the moment to change your username at Luuux.
What are the activity flow settings?
On your Private Page, you have an activity flow which is very much like a news feed. You can choose which items can appear on this page such as your comments, friends, posts etc.
What does Follow mean?
When you see a great post you can click "Follow" to be updated with this authors new content via email. In the Account Settings you have a page which allows you to manage this feature along with any subscriptions you make to follow tags or comments.
How can I track my orders from the Luuux shop?
In your Account area you have a special section where you can track any orders that you have placed in the Luuux Shop.
How do I report abusive or offensive content or content which I think is not suitable for the Luuux site?
There is a link called “Report” on any page that has content on it. Please use this link.
You can earn Luuux $ by reporting abusive, offensive or incorrect content.
I ordered something from a shoplink and I have not received it.
Orders placed from our Partners shoplinks are managed and handled by the individual Partner merchants. Please make sure that you keep all information relating to a Partner purchase for future reference. You will need to deal directly with the individual merchant in event of any inquiries on your order. Normally during the check out process the merchant will give you an order or reference number. Make sure you keep a note of this.
Can I delete my account from Luuux?
We'll be sad to see you go, but of course yes you can. Go to the Account Settings. Here you have a button to delete your account. All your data will be removed from our servers including any Luuux $ you may have earned. There may be an exception to this if you have an outstanding order with the shop. When this happens, the account can be deleted once the order has been fulfilled.
