i use this urban decay primer potion as a base for my eyeshadows. it feels oily when i first put it on, but the feelin disappears after i blend it in with my finger. i feel as if this primer potion doesnt really do anything because i also use cream shadow which can also be used as an eyeshadow base. i use this primer potion as an extra step in holding the eyeshadow together. this is a good product to use if you dont have cream eyeshadow.
