Alrighty then. Im open to suggestions on how to fall back asleep after waking up in the middle of the night. I try to go back to sleep because i know i didnt sleep enough but my mind cant seem to rest. Any ideas on how to get back to sleeping and not feel all tired by the middle of the day from not being able to sleep the amount needed?

I'd try some melatonin. GNC sells 1-10 mg dissolve-able tablets that you can put under your tongue and start working instantly. You can buy it online or just go into a GNC store and ask them where their melatonin is. Melatonin is a naturally occurring chemical in your brain that helps you fall asleep, so it's not really necessary to speak to a doctor about taking it, but it wouldn't hurt. I use it and it helps me a lot and I've never said a word about it to my doctor.
you should talk to a pharmacist for a good recommendation ... there are some natural things you can try like melatonin, but it's best to speak to someone first as any meds you might be taking can interact with others even supplements and vitamins.
